My listening habits used to be 50% Atmos and 50% two Channel. Ever since I changed my Front stage speakers to Sonus Faber. My listening habits have now altered in favour of 2 channel by up to 80%. Musical stringed instruments just seemed to hang in the air. The longer one listens, the longer one wishes to listen. In fact, there are times I have trouble going to bed. Absolutely, love, the sound of Sonus Faber. Cool content, Channa 👍🏻
I agree mate a well setup good Hifi system built with good high end components kills any atmouse setup hands down. The day i can get my dream 2 channel setup is the day the Atmos processing goes in the bin if its content continues to be shit like it is now
You would need a very big room for these speakers to really breathe and do their best. I have the Sonus Faber Aida 2's each ran by a separate VAC 452 IQ music block amp in mono. Mcintosh has gone through many ownership changes over the decades so it can be hit and miss what you get. I would consider Mcintosh a solid Mercedes level and top line VAC like a Ferrari. With big names you are paying for built in cost for marketing, shows, etc. versus the smaller names they put highest quality on internal parts and let the sound do the talking. I still like Mcintosh to give tube sound for home theater as it makes sound more natural instead of clinical sometimes with movies where it's clear but you lose the emotion of the actor and actress.
I guess for the level of person products like these are aimed at, pricing is irrelevant. They look amazing and obviously require a dedicated room since it has zero WAF. 😂 Thanks for the video Channa. Always interesting to see how the 1% lives. 😅
The sound quality here is much better. It's crazy that you guys didn't take the time to reshoot the other video. It's about delivering overall value as you address the high value of your systems. That should be evident. Smh
i don't want to be that guy BUT... with 50-60K you would build yourself some aaamazing speakers, maybe at a similar performance/finish, then use the rest of the money (700k) to build the house that the speaker will play in, buy a Cybertruck, and still have some money for many holidays or retirement
Wow. I love the looks and sound of Sonus Faber. I have a pair of the Extremas. This system is stunning. 👍
When the speakers are taller than you, you are a Baller
Right?!

These are probably the most exquisite speakers I've ever seen. Magnificent and elegant art pieces that I'm certain can ROCK!
I guess that if you can afford them then you can also afford to pay someone to clean and polish them 😀
@@Beamish32 and the rest of the house as well
You’re not a “Sonus Faber Guy”!!?? WHAT!!?? The most beautifully made speakers on earth! Well, you should be now, these are best of the best!!! 😂
i didn't even know this was a room. Otherwise I would have went just to see hear this setup. wow
Yeah, these things are invite only for press mostly. Hard to get in and find the damn things!
1 min 43 sec 'I'm not a Sonus Faber kind of guy'....brave but honest words to say infront their chief designer...I appreciate that...
Gotta be up front and honest!

TechnoDad: “I’m not a Sonus Faber guy”
McIntosh guy: (deer on a headlight look 😳)

When money is no object, this is one helluva way to blow it
Hah! Agreed!

Impressive 😮
How much?
Speakers are $750K and I think all the other amps would push the price to $1M
@@TechnoDad Thank you. They are bound to sell ooodles of these systems 😆
Nice 👌
Thanks
Always a big fan of Sonus Faber. Please tell me you bumped the Techno Dad intro music on these bad boys.
Channa D doing his thang😊
Sf : Simply fhenominal! 😂
Love mine.
Not bad for 300 bucks!!!

Wow is alien
Nice speakers not livingroom proof in my case. But love the Sonus Faber design overall, but don't like glossy cases because of reflections.
no reason for them to cost what they do
I can diy beolab 90 for about $20k, which are technically superior to these, so why the hell i need to spend $750k? For italian design?
Cheaper than the E-17 ($250,000), still, $55,000 is too much.
Nice down payment on a house.

750k speakers 👀
Those are some seriously sexy speakers!😍😘
So this is what the rich and famous listen to 😡

Indeed. These speakers will be bought by less than 0.1% of audiophiles around the globe. Niche doesn't even come close.
Love the speakers, not a Mcintosh fan.
Ridiculous price, not interested
No one cares
