To be honest, the unedited bit at the beginning seemed just fine to me.
Agreed.
i concur
same
still should have been edited out, Didn't need to hear the same thing twice.
CUT!!! Take 2 and action!! Brother we could listen to you blabber on for hours! Wish i knew 1/10th of what you and your dad know
I wonder how popular a series where once a month, he releases a video where it just blabbers on about various motorcycles with no real purpose in mine, just talking, and sharing his knowledge. I think Id watch it.
LOVE the unedit! You are one of the BEST presenters on the planet, Matt!
hes a natural
Thought the uneddited bit at the beginning was comical, not everyone is perfect n this makes me respect the channel more ngl, it shows how much work can be put into these videos
I find original old bikes like this all the time in old barns and garages. Then I wake up and get in a bad mood. :-)
It’s your honesty & love for what you all do, is really what makes your museum what it is
I really like a beautiful restoration, but you just can't beat the cool factor of an all original gem like that one.
NEVER edit that segment out. It adds to your character that is yourself. That raw emotion, and passion of wanting perfection is incredible.
That Flathead sounds PERFECT
purs like a kitty🐈
Ive been a motorcycle mexhanic over 40 years but only Japanese
Rode two stroke crotch rockets
Im 65 now and am drawn to these old bikes
I'm sorry you had to go through that much pain but you got a good experience with in the outbox and I variety is the spice of life
Matt, just learned of your father's passing. You have my most sincere condolences and my utmost respect. Dale's encyclopedic knowledge and passion for motorcycles has most certainly been passed down and lives vibrantly through you. Thank you to Dale and yourself Matt.
I wouldn’t think something that old could run so smooth!👍
Wow ! Your a pro dude ! The PASSION you have and put into these videos, is spectacular !
Your heart and soul, really shows. There could be no one better for to represent the museum...
Every morning I can click on a WTT video and learn something new about transportation history before I even get out of bed in the morning. How cool is that.
Hey! I had a 1948 WLH. Bought it from a Harley dealer that bought a railroad car packed with MilSurp WLH machines. They were "brand new" never assembled scooters. This was 1966. I was in high school. He cleaned off the cosmoline. Painted the frames black. Springer front fork. Painted them various colors (red/white, blue/white, green/white, black/white, white with various color accent striping.
Mine was black/white. In 1966 for $350.00 I rode it home. My all time favorite Harley. I always liked the side valve Harleys. Not speed burners but always got me home.
Really enjoyed seeing the effort and thought you guys put into making the videos right. Thanks for providing these for everyone to learn from.
Matt (the luckiest guy in the world) puttin in work. Wonderful to see his passion for the bikes AND how he presents them to us. I’m impressed. KEEP IT UP YOUNG MAN.
I have never heard a more smoother running 82 year old Harley motorcycle in my life, absolutely awesome Matt! she is a beauty!
Having been at Wheels thru time and watching Dales adventures with Whats Behind the Barn, My sincere condolences to the family. We lost a wonderful historian and person. Peter Adely
I like seeing how dedicated you are at giving a great presentation. Once this pandemic has eased going to make the shore to shore trip to see WTT.
Back in the 80's had a 49 WL as my primary transportation. Loved it! Now wish I'd never sold it. Unless I can find a basket case, I'll never be able to afford another.
Only been to WHEELS THROUGH TIME, one time, best time I have had a any kind of museum, or show.
You and your crew make everyone way more intelligent about the history of motorcycles, and the culture that pushes it along.
I will be back soon.
You are exactly like your Dad , your knowledge is endless.
Thank you very much for your hospitality when I was there.
I love the way you start these bikes, and the way you ride them through the museum. I own a couple of later Harleys, but I love all things on two or three wheel s.
Love the content keep it coming and your knowledge is so amazing when it comes to all types of motorcycles
Just read the sad news...condolences to you and your family and crew. Thanks for carrying on the good work.
Love honesty, thanks BRO !
As always perfection from WTT stay well Matt and all . BOYS FROM SYR.
Good Vid. That's the sound of a 39 harmony with a 45 beat. A Beauty from the past.
Prayers to Dale's Family..
Sweet, great to see original master pieces like that Nite Owl
Great adding in the false start...sorta like kicking over a flathead,,,third (second) times a charm... beautiful machine..it sounds like it's one of those that came off the line naturally perfect. like the magic is in it..
ah can't wait to get my 45 done...
Those older bikes have way more character than the newer bikes and are much more attractive.
Just heard about your father my deepest condolences to you and your family
I know it s dad's collection ..but your the one we love to listen to ...we will see you soon ..Lord willing and the creek don't rise.. all ways watching from Oregon..

We appreciate how you take the time to get your narration right. Thank you!
I'm not even a H-D fanboy but live classic bikes & good videos. Keep 'em coming!
My first Harley was a 1941 45ci Sportsolo I got in 1969 I paid $300.00 for it. I worked on it for a year with the help of my cousin who was an old Harley mechanic. I had it one summer until a truck backed out in front of me and totalled it.
This is a Beautiful Surviver... Thanks for Sharing
Thanks for doing these, I really enjoy the knowledge and the awesome bikes you share.. Glad you left in the 1st run and didnt edit it out.. Hope to see you in person soon.
Good honest looking machine. Running sweet as.
Thanks for sharing again.
And here I thought you were the king of the "one takes". "Authentic motorcycles preserved by authentic people" should be on a tee shirt you offer.
The motorcycle world has lost an icon. RiP Dale.

very nice and rich sound!
Fantastic bike ! Thanks for sharing
Love exhaust systems that start off with sewer pipes and end with water pipes. I've seen it on every vehicle imaginable. Some factory, most not factory.
holy moly that bike sounds so good
WOW! That thing runs AMAZING! virtually no vibration. What's the story with the keys hanging from the seat spring?
Just what I was thinking. When did Harley stop making smooth running motors?!?
Absolutely awesome machine!
Thank you very much for the video material. Your videos are very interesting and informative.
Fascinating Dale, really enjoyed that, thanks
Oh Damn... I LOVE it... so sweet. Thanks WTT
Hey Matt are you going to do some videos on later stuff? I'd like to see some of the later bikes you guys have in the museum. Some of those funky 70s choppers and custom stuff would be cool to see. Even some of the later stuff showing pans, shovels, evos, etc.
How about some info the Night Owls? What's the correlation with this WL?
Love what you all do ,keep it up.
Wow that bike is almost as quiet as a Honda hahaha. Super sweet.
