Hello, the dots are the rounds of movements. Each workout has a certain number of movements and then the movements are repeated for a # of rounds.The color of the dots has no significance.
You can start with a modification to build strength. You can do a push up on knees, or standing push up against the wall or a couch. You can also swap it for a plank up. www.grouphiit.com/products/plank-up-hiit-exercise
if its hurting your back you likely have bad form or its a sign your center (core and back) is weak. Make sure your form is spot on or do modifications so you don't hurt yourself.
Let your teacher know your back hurts. You shouldn’t do any movement that causes pain. We agree to check your form and keep your core tight. Never sag your back on plank or jumping movements.

That was kind of fun. I didn't realize how hard it was to hold a plank. It looks a lot easier than it really is.

Depends on the person’s height, weight, age, gender.... it varies. Also, the more u push urself the more you’ll likely burn.

Not a good workout for anyone with wrist issues, majority of the moves put pressure on your wrists. Wish there was music as well.
You can try using a fist position 🤛 to see if that helps! There’s music on our website on each workout page :)
