he will reveal the result in the "click the button stream", i think it will be when he finally makes enough money to move to the fiji islands with rania's mom and sister as housemaids and reynad as the butler
An OTK with this deck? Easy - just play Lotus Agents into Burgles into more Burgles and then depending on your opponent's class, Emperor via your opponent playing Lorewalker Cho into Mind Vision/Thoughtsteal/etc., OTK!
well, to be fair, kibler plays a lot of net decks. Granted he likes controlish ones more, but still, he playes the current top-tier priest, mage, pally decks most of the time.
Rule of thumb: When opponent plays hard into board clear - it's a "garbage play", but when Kripp plays hard into board clear it's "high risk - high reward play". Yeah Kripp, yeah, you're the best arena player in the world.
If I am not mistaken, the heartharena deck score only takes the average of all the cards' base scores. A deck with high synergy will thus be greatly undervalued by that deck score. Especially for a card such as Jade Idol, which is pretty garbage without synergy but pretty strong if you DO have it. Which this deck did.
Wait, I have played arena like 10 times and the highest score heartharena has given me was like 67, would my best score of 4 wins be considered bad then?
"I watch a few hearthstone streamers to see what they're up to, what builds they use. I sometimes watch the big hearthstone streamers. That's usually the most disappointing experience I have." - Kripp 2017
I played a druid at 3-2 that had a 9-9 jade by turn 12. He played on curve jades the whole fucking game while i just sat there with my slow warrior deck and cried in misery.
Hey you should do an arena run with picking only the lowest cost minions and i would do it with warlock due to you running out of cards relatively quickly.
if you shuffle you have 3 more bad cards in your deck that you wont want to draw when you need to topdeck. Just imagine begging for a swipe and you get a 1/1 instead. That would be because you shuffled
I've been watching your youtube videos for quite a while, and have learned a lot from watching you play. How many rough (few wins. 3 loss) arena decks do you go through to reach a 12-0 arena draft?
Ive been wondering for a while, is it addons that shows his decklist while he plays, suggests cards and shows card tier etc.. or is it some hidden game feature i totally missed in the options? :o
Waddup Kripp! I'm a newbie abd started playing in the and of november. Do you have any tips/tricks on how to make competitive decks? I got to ranked at rank 21 today and I couldn't even reach 2 stars because I couldn't resist the aggro shamans, jade druids and dragon priests and miracle rogues. Thank you for the attention if you are reading this.
Im having a lot of trouble in the new arena. Before Gadgedzan I had 7 wins on average and stock up to 3000 gold. Now I spent 2500 gold on the new packs and my average win rate in arena dropped to 4, even with insane decks I end up playing 3/3. I feel like I trade too much and go too much for controll decks, should I play more aggresiv? :(
Christall5 depends on your class. I have gotten 12 wins with warrior hunter and warlock. warrior and hunter need to be aggressive. warrior needs weapons to maintain tempo and win as fast as possible you tend to run out of cards. hunter aggro ofc and the warlock I had was zoo. if you want to play control mage or priest are probably your best options.
Hearth Arena companion app with overwolf. go on heartharena and look for the heartharena companion app. I had a little trouble understanding how it worked but there are vids on youtube that show u how to use it
16:15 "That's a garbage play....but I don't have a Swipe". Kripp made more than one video talking about the fact that sometimes you just play into a removal if that puts you in a guaranteed-win situation if your opponent doesnt' have that particular removal. But when his opponent does so, it's a garbage play ?_?
If the match goes into top deck mode, you are basically screwed if you end up with this. He doesn't have enough jade synergy to make top decking it be a huge threat. Early game in arena is all about tempo, not playing the jade, and instead shuffling it, results in lost tempo, which for a druid, especially one with no board clear effects at all, is going to cost you the game against a faster deck. He much rather top deck one of his threats/card draws, and shuffling adds three more cards that aren't those things, while doing essentially nothing the turn you do so.
Thanks! I figured that if you already had the tempo the value of shuffling it back was pretty awesome, but I guess you wouldn't really want to draw one of them if it's only a 2/2 or 3/3. Fair enough.
Daan van Meurs No problems man, but as a note to what you said about already having the tempo; you'd still play it, you want as much tempo as possible early on. What's worse, the pirate warrior playing First Mate into Patches or playing First Mate into Patches and coining out Buccaneer?
They do when then tell you which card to pick, but I think Kripp said that they don't when they compute the deck score. I might be wrong, or misheard him, or it might have changed because I think he said that a while ago.
And Kripp starts: "I actually drafted a 60 point druid deck, which is really bad." And then I remember, my last 2 drafts were 56 point decks. And then I shot myself. the end of story...
tbh the Hearth Arena deck rating only tells you about the card quality. I drafted a 77.7 Warlock deck and only god 6 wins because i had way to little early game. While low rated decks can alot better if they are well balanced.
clandestin011 A positive effect then, since you wouldn't play astral with a full hand unless you really needed the draw, but jade blossom gives you the jade golem with no drawback.
I feel like Kripp is annoyed with trash decks because he methodically picks each card according to their value or rating, and when you average shit value (which is extremely common in arena) your deck sucks. What Kripp should do with drafts is take risks and make fun or crazy decks, not the same methodical decks every time. 25 crap decks in a row, well, obviously, if you're always picking the same cards. This video is an example of taking risks with the draft and not necessarily getting the *best rated* deck out there, and even if it's sort of crap, it's fun.
Zinedin Aldiyarov Of course, that's obvious. What I'm saying is, if your methodical drafting method keels yielding shitty decks, change it up and pick fun cards or fun combos. If you lose anyway, might as well go with something *more* fun, albeit 2 to 3 rated points lower than a "logical" deck.
His "shitty decks" net him an average 7+ wins. Unless you are one of the best HS arena player, i don't think you are in place of calling his methodical drafts keeps yielding shitty deck.
CR89HW He called his own deck shitty, please read my comment and stop getting triggered. He drafted 25 straight decks all below 65 points or something, that's pretty shit. It's bad luck and he nets those averages because he's an excellent HS player. His methodical drafts are actually 90% influenced by HearthArena, whixh gives you the "best deck" out of what you're given, although going yolo mode and drafting Jade stuff turned out alright for Kripp, albeit against HA's suggestions.
Why is it a bad deck? I'm legitimately curious since whenever he says I say in my head: "My last 2 arena decks were a lot worse". Granted that is in part because I drafted poorly or it could be I'm biased toward my own experiences or kripp is biased (I mean he is lol :) neverlucky) So can a more experienced arena player explain to me why does kripp consider this a bad deck?
I had a dream where Kripp streamed quake 3 arena. He stopped playing it because it's strictly a skill based game and the chat made fun of him. Don't remember anything else D:
How does Kripp replace the light bulb? He can't, because Kripp can't climb the ladder.
LOL
Joke doesn't work, Kripp being bad at ladder hasn't been established. And I've already seen this joke in the Epic of Gilgamesh.
Dont worry he got legend.
well that joke is like just playing aggro pirate warrior every single match....
"Watching someone stream is not really a worthwhile experience" - Kripp, 2017
he means if you have like only 3 mins or soo but i think you knew that :P
And he's absolutely correct.
TheZomboy11 That's exactly whathe meant. I don't understand everyone's confusion.
Anyone would still look at the time to confirm it's 2017?
Kripp picked some Jade cards in an Druid Arena run, he won 3 times consecutively and was amazed. You're welcome.

OTKerino Kripperino you're just awful
WAIT WHAT WAS THE RESULT? HOW MANY WINS DID YOU GET?
The deck didn't look that bad while you were drafting it krippy
I'm trying to find the full game on Twitch. Which day did you play this game? It would be nice to watch the full arena play.
Firebat and BMK play interesting decks pretty often
Kibler always has a great attitude and decks.
well, to be fair, kibler plays a lot of net decks. Granted he likes controlish ones more, but still, he playes the current top-tier priest, mage, pally decks most of the time.

I'm not surprised the deck did well, it has lots of Jade cards and taunts which are both very powerful in Arena. You also have ramp for late game.
That last match...even in Arena Turn 5 is late game.
Disliked your comment
Wait, I have played arena like 10 times and the highest score heartharena has given me was like 67, would my best score of 4 wins be considered bad then?
Trash? That's my average deck
Average? I wish I was that lucky...

Kripp why do you still use annotations and not cards? You can move the text up some. Mobile users can't click annotations but they can click cards.
I guess aggro decks now appear on arena too...
this deck is better than %50 of the decks i have ever made in arena... stop making me feel bad
11:00 it seems like kripp hasn't seen strifecro streams.
Wow your wife probably related really well to the title
Jared Draper edgy
Juan Torres Says the guy with the Slipknit pic
Thrasdor you got me
he doesnt have one, but he has a wife kek

Hey you should do an arena run with picking only the lowest cost minions and i would do it with warlock due to you running out of cards relatively quickly.
7:54 is it better to shuffle in constructed on turn 1 or summon a jade
it is consistently better to summon a jade on turm one. get the ball rolling without contaminate the deck pool.
if you shuffle you have 3 more bad cards in your deck that you wont want to draw when you need to topdeck. Just imagine begging for a swipe and you get a 1/1 instead. That would be because you shuffled
The title reminds me of LFR in WoW or quick match in Heroes of the Storm.
I've been watching your youtube videos for quite a while, and have learned a lot from watching you play. How many rough (few wins. 3 loss) arena decks do you go through to reach a 12-0 arena draft?

AnonyMoose it's called a deck tracker.

Hey Kripparrian what program do you use in order to help you make arena decks?
P.S:Sorry for my bad English
P.S 2 : If anyone else knows plz tell me
Thats HearthArena Companion from Overwolf I belive.
oh thanks a lot ! :)
No double intro. Thumbs down. Bad value.
it's funny how garrison commander is basically the same thing as savage combatant.
worgen greaser MVP
Title is Ranias life in 4 words.
That's a better deck than I've ever had in about 2 years of Hearthstone
Anyone know the number of wins for this deck?
Chaos AE 69
hey kripp did you ever watch one of the 'hearthstone mythbusters' episodes? :D
Im having a lot of trouble in the new arena. Before Gadgedzan I had 7 wins on average and stock up to 3000 gold. I love how your worst deck is still better than my average arena deck xD
And it isn't only my lack of experience, just my fucking bad luck.
how many wind did kripp get with this deck?
a 6 points deck? how much is the average deck and how much is a good deck?
what is this program what kripp use while pickings cards on arena?
Kacper Deka Heartharena, Overwolf
it's called LemonStone, you can download it at www(dot)lemonparty(dot)org
Have a good day.
Funny you got the same kind of options I get.. every single arena..
what is the addon he uses to check if the cards are good?
I'm pretty sure my last arena deck was worse... also druid. Wish I sometimes got those amazing decks, but 9 times of 10 all I get I bad or mediocre.
so what was the final result? 3-3 ?
How many wins did he end up getting with this deck?
the end ? ... please
how much games did you won with that deck ? at least :(
What's the overlay he's using for the Arena picks?
Alanis Tharon follow
Alanis Tharon hearth arena via the desktop app overwolf
Hearth Arena companion app with overwolf. go on heartharena and look for the heartharena companion app. I had a little trouble understanding how it worked but there are vids on youtube that show u how to use it
BUT YOU WATCH DISGUISED TOAST RIGHT??????i have seen your comment in one of his videos
I wish you'd play Diablo again :(
went on an arena run with no legionaries or epics as a paladin and only 3 rares :/
Dragmanguy getwrecked
Imagine if Kripp never got any legionnaires; he would have never beaten the Gauls.
thought i re-corrected to legendaries
Dragmanguy getwrecked and? the highest quality cards are basic and or common
Dragmanguy getwrecked fucking drooling noob a large percentage of epics are trashtier.
NanoWasabi lmao clever joke dude props ;)
what is he using for his arena?
16:15 "That's a garbage play....but I don't have a Swipe". Kripp made more than one video talking about the fact that sometimes you just play into a removal if that puts you in a guaranteed-win situation if your opponent doesnt' have that particular removal. what is the program that shows the point values
best other streamer imo is DayNine
Why does he always use his Jade Idol to summon a golem, rather than shuffling three into his deck?
phbto101 because arena games usually don't go to fatigue.
today i drafted a rogue deck that had 4 jade spirits, 2 jade swarmers and 1 jade shuriken. that was pretty hilarious tho pretty bad
Can anyone explain to my why you would never shuffle Jade Idol?
If the match goes into top deck mode, you are basically screwed if you end up with this. He doesn't have enough jade synergy to make top decking it be a huge threat. Early game in arena is all about tempo, not playing the jade, and instead shuffling it, results in lost tempo, which for a druid, especially one with no board clear effects at all, is going to cost you the game against a faster deck. What is Mulligan stage?
aguinaldo pereira its when you chose what cards you keep in your opening hand
aguinaldo pereira, when you replace cards from your starting hand.
Love your vids Kripp! Keep it up
Said "Would never shuffle a jade idol." Why? Just no tempo in a high tempo focused format?
I think hearth arena doesn't take synergies into account when it rates decks, so the jade probably makes it much better than it's rated.
They do when then tell you which card to pick, but I think Kripp said that they don't when they compute the deck score. I might be wrong, or misheard him, or it might have changed because I think he said that a while ago.
just an average deck i draft
And Kripp starts: "I actually drafted a 60 point druid deck, which is really bad." And then I remember, my last 2 drafts were 56 point decks. And then I shot myself.
the end of story...
thanks for PoE on twitch, I'm so happy
Where's the ending? :(
This deck lacks Weasel Tunnelers ... oh wait , im no trash !
tbh the Hearth Arena deck rating only tells you about the card quality. I drafted a 77.7 Warlock deck and only god 6 wins because i had way to little early game. While low rated decks can alot better if they are well balanced.
hold up, jade blossom doesn't give excess mana?
clandestin011 Yes
No, because you get an effect out of it, which cards like wild growth at 10 mana don't.
that doesn't make sense, since astral communion discards your hand when played at 10 mana but still gives you excess mana
clandestin011 A positive effect then, since you wouldn't play astral with a full hand unless you really needed the draw, but jade blossom gives you the jade golem with no drawback.
* reads title *
that's basically playing any moba
4 epics and 3 rares you call trash ?

Bad quality cards, no removals(aka swipe), no good 1 drops
card draw, removal, late game minions, not too bad jade cards + an okay curve. how is this deck trash?
1:21 like because there no skipperino
The title of this video really hit home :(
this deck is far better than trash
Wow... Did he really win 3 games with that constructed Jade Druid? Unbelievable Kappa
I lost a game due to enemy too decking lotus agents, and getting naturalise
it is a joke right? this deck is awesomeee....give me your acount and i get 12 0
