How to Uninstall Oracle Database 18C from Windows 10
Step:
1. Delete the Environment variable.
2. Right Click on Computer choose property Advanced system settings Environment variable System Variables. Path
3. Delete the Registries
4. Window Button + R (regedit)
4. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. SOFTWARE. ORACLE DIRECTORY AND DELETE IT NEXT SYSTEM.CurrentControlSet.Servinces.
Delete all oracle database directory
5. Delete the Oracle Database Home Directory
6. Delete Directory from Program file(Delete carefully if you have other products of Oracle Installed.)
7. Clear the Temporary files and Recycle Bin
8. Delete the Oracle User( Computer Manage Local Users and Groups User Folder)

when I try to access lurmgr.msc
, it says:
This snapin may not be used with this edition of windows 10. To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User Accounts tool in the Control Panel.
what should I do ? Even in Control Panel -> User Accounts also no option to view and delete oracle users

Even after following all the steps still it is not uninstalled. When i tried to install it again it says already installed in this environment.
