They work better the way Eivor uses it honestly. Granted in game an assassin could still easily conceal it and use it as the ones that remove fingers.
@@Tier1Norseman Yeah, I agree, the finger sacrifice was originally used by the Hidden Ones for functionality so they could use it while it's concealed, but Eivor just wore it without concealing it. Later on I think the sacrifice was just used as an induction into the Assassins instead on functionality

Yo trust me I have an Ezio plastic hidden blade it broke on the first day I got it those plastic ones are just for cosplaying and for little kids
Jerry Young yea I have the ezio hidden blade and it has broken more times than I ever thought it would. It’s basically being held together with lots of glue and tape and it looks super ugly now. That’s why I ordered this dual action hidden blade cuz I’m sick of the cheap cosplay crap😂

Imagine breaking into someones house and they come running up to you with a metal blade strapped to their wrist, ready to fight.
The more I look at how this blade was designed, the more problems I have
1. The blade is visible when inside, unless the Metal replacement was just to long
2. It’s to close to the palm
3. Crappy attachment to the for arm
4. This is just for any one who is interested, when making a hidden blade, make a blade the length you want it, however, if the case around it does not fit, make a ricasso, or hollow section that the blade slides into, you can make this part blunt or have an edge I think. Ezio and Altïer’s hidden blades at examples of a large ricasso, but you can make the ricasso barely long enough to get the blade to fit in the case

Don’t use aluminum. It’s too soft and flexible. Use something lightweight and rigid like steel.
