you're not suppose to use the eraser on the pen. it will damage the coating on the pages. you should simply use a damp cloth to erase the content.
Frixion comes in pens of various sizes as well as markers and highlighters again in more than one width. I've been using Frixion products for close to 20 years and am so glad that someone figured out how to make this happen.
Bought one after another review and I had to have one! It is the coolest thing ever! I can even buy the pens at Walmart so it's not even a big deal
I use this product in my Healthcare Stats & Analytics class for showing my work and I LOVE IT!! I discovered Frixions pens several years ago and never, ever looked back. They're literally all I use now! So, when this product showed up in my Amazon suggestions, I thought I'd research it a little and finally chose to buy one. I've used the same pages (1-6) at least seven or eight times. Yes, I have even erased the ink on the pages and no my pages are not damaged. Depending upon the lighting, the scans can come out crystal clear or muddy and overexposed. I'm still learning the best angle for capturing the image, but hey...practice makes perfect!

Very cool! The only flaw I see is that since you have to use a very specific pen, the notebook should come with a little tab to keep the pen with the notebook. But still, a unique concept.

I second what +Ryan Reyes said. Using the eraser will damage the paper's coating. Eventually, doing that will make it so you can't erase at all.

Thanks for the review. I was looking through UA-cam for feedback on these and just bought a few via your affiliate link. Will also check out your other videos!
If you use the special white board spray cleaner that is sold in stores, you can remove any light ink you may leave on the page. It also protects the special smooth surface on the rocketbook. I bought a Kokuyo Systemic binder that holds the rocketbook and still leaves room for other books. It only cost about $20and gives a nice firm surface to write on while protecting what's inside.

Im really heavy handed, like if ypu turn over my paper it feels like braille(strokes instead of dots tho). Do you think this notebook could still work for me or does it only work if you write lightly?
Is it OCR friendly? I mean I need the writings to be turned into a flow-readable format like Doc, Epub, Mobi, txt, instead of image (jpg) or PDF, so I can read the notes later on my Kindle.
Can you buy refills for the pens?

Wish I found your video before I bought my books. I would have used your links. Also I am a cook and these really shine for digitizing recipes. In the rare case I do want to print a recipe off then there ya go.
