I've had mine in box for like a year and haven't installed them yet. 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Going to look sweet. I have new dash speakers and other stuff i'm waiting to install at the same time. Waiting for time off.
My guy!!! Thanks for the vid. Love the energy! How did you calibrate your tachometer once connected? Mine just flashed 8cly but doesn't move when I rev engine to give a reading
Used this video to install my Intellitronix D9002 digital dash in my '84 Monte Carlo...great tutorial 😎. Two questions : 1. You didn't explain how to use the calibration wires and buttons. How did you use them ? 2. I only have the dimmer wire left before I'm finished. That Haynes manual you have showing the black wire on the headlight switch is for all '81-88 Monte Carlo ?
Nevermind on the calibration wires. I missed it in the instructions. But which color wire on the headlight switch was the dimmer wire ? What's the con of not having it connected and your dash not dimming when the headlights are turned on ?
Great video... question about the fuel on ls swap you said some may need 3 wires ... if you're using the electric fuel pump mounted on the frame would you still need 3 wires if so what are the 3 and where do they go. I know pink is the signal and just the black is ground
I’ve been stuck on my last 4 wires for this dash until I found this vid💯thanks mane🤝🏾
Hey thanks a lot for the quick run down.
You really simplified the web of wires.
Confirms my thoughts and addresses my questions.
Thx again og.
Glad it helped
Great video.. just got a kit for my 85 Monte…will be using this video for installation

Sry i don’t remember which color wire it was.
By not hooking up the dimmer wire, your gauges will always stay bright
Have you installed your unit? Also, Amy issues with the speedometer moving while the car is still
Where did you get power for the unit? Thanks
