Great video! I love my Dakota digital gauges in my Cutlass.
Thank for showing that dash print out
Nice job, clean wiring.
Here from IG. Everytime i think about giving up my project Im reminded by this channel why I shouldn’t lol💯💯
Yeah don’t get rid of it. I almost sold mine in 2019, and look at me know lol
@@PENNYLS1 lol. Man Watching you do your own work really upped my confidence to do my own work myself. I can’t find anyone trust worthy thats not going to over charge for simple things.
I’ve got the HDX Dakotas in my car, love them. You can change that chirp sound but the others are even more annoying. When you hit low fuel the chirp stays on until you get more gas!
Good and detailed!
💪💪
Digging the mount on the back of the glove box.
??? The pink wire with black stripes Is that wire constant power while cranking or just while switch is on?
Both, It’s the 12 Volt ignition wire
IF you notice your coolant temp hand not moving after the engine warms up you may have to switch to a 3 wire coolant sensor. That's if your temperature hand doesn't work.
Ok I’ll keep that in mind. I’m using the BIM module so it’s pulling the Temp from the computer.
Which Holley efi are you using?
@@adamrodriguez9423 I’m not using Holley efi. Stock computer with new harness from PSI Conversions.
Does those same schematics work for a 88 Monte Carlo SS?
Yeah it should be the same
Hey question did you re do or fix your steering shaft ? If not you can buy one for a jeep Cherokee off Amazon makes it way better is so my bad.. no Disrespect
I actually have a Jeep Cherokee shaft in mine. It helped a lot.
What gauge wire did you use?
@@adamrodriguez9423 16 gauge ofc wire. The instructions say to use at least 16 gauge
Need a led flasher for the turn signal light
Thanks. I have one. Where does it go, been trying to figure that out.
Thanks for sharing. You made this so easy for me. I’m at this stage now 🫡🫡🫡
