First off, thank you for making a video that visibly shows that you stuck to your diet! Everyone on UA-cam tries to give puree food ideas but they all pile on cheese!! Or they still look like they haven’t lost weight! I cannot follow those who don’t follow the steps! You look amazing!
Thank you so much I really appreciate it! My ideas and diet was far from perfect but I found it the easiest to be consistent in which is so much more important! ❤️
Thank you for sharing. I am one week post-surgery and am *so* tired of sweet-tasting liquids! I am looking forward to soft/mushy foods, and you have some good examples. I see this video is 4 years old, and I pray you are doing well four years on.
thank you im 10 dsys post op. you have hiven me some great ideas for soft good stsge. cant wait one more week to go for it. im struggling so much with protein shakes i dont like the taste x
Congratulations on your surgery! Aw I'm so happy this has helped 😁 yes it will definitely be a bit more exciting than liquids definitely. I hated protein shakes and still do, will only have protein powder in a smoothie!

@@theprtillierypodcast Hey hun! I personally don't have beans as I'm not a big fan haha but I'm sure if you puree them and make sure you haven't had liquids for half an hour they should go down well 😁 full of protein too so good choice for puree for sure! 👌
I'm 3 weeks post op VSG starting soft foods today. This video was super helpful. Even though I'm in the US, it definitely gave me some ideas! I'm nervous to start chewing/eating again but I am excited. You look great btw. 🫶🏽
They did! No idea why all hospital diets vary so much around weight loss surgery, your poor mum it's hard enough to eat when you come out of surgery let alone eat protein - it's so difficult :(

This is so kind thank you! I actually have barely any brows since all the plucking we did in the late 2000s 😢😂 I'm glad the video helped!
Wow, they let you have allot of carbs. My mom just got the surgery and they told her to have absolutely zero carbs the first two months.
