He even featured in 50 Cents In Da Club video with all the other Shady/Aftermath artists.. He was a memorable feature on Chronic 2001, Marshall Mathers LP, The Wash Soundtrack, 8 Mile Soundtrack. I don't care if the little "A" logo doesn't appear officially on the back of the album, he was Dr. Dre's guy at the time and the executive producer so he was Aftermath.
I remember seeing X perform pre Dr Dre affliation. He had one hell of a stage show for it being just him on the stage. No dancers, no crew in the back. Just X ripping the stage.

Great interview. X is underrated in my opinion. His first album is classic to me. I also worked with someone from Loud Records and she echoed X sentiment. By the end of the Loud late nineties run, which was around the time of Aftermath blowing up, they had limited resources, which is why the Dwellas last record was slept on, another classic. That said X has that street cred of being a Loud artist forever. He'd probably rather have a few more plaques tho.
