@@siodaze9567 sorry new to this all. You can hook all that up together. And the Vidar can power the speakers? The Loki for equalizing, Saga 3 for volume, modi for digital and Mani for phono?
Wow old school JVC cassette deck. I previously owned two of that exact same model. I own a Vali 2 and a Modi 3 already and considering either a Sega+ or Freya+. Not sure if the Sega+ provides the same amount of tube sound though.
I have the original Saga and it is an outstanding tube preamp. It is very transparent and extremely musical. The only main thing you gain with the Freya is a finer volume control with 128 steps vs the Saga's 64 steps, unless of course you need or desire balanced connections. I replaced a $1700.00 tube pre with the Saga and haven't looked back. I love the Saga. It can run with just about every power amp with RCA connections. Plus you are running only one 6SN7 tube versus four with the Freya.
@@lpspinners8736 Hello, friend! As I understand, you compared the saga to the freya, right? On terms of the sound quality (transparency, holographicness, etc.) would you say they were about the same? Thank you very much!
Gorgeous system
Kudos for using the Doors for testing 👍👍
Thanks
Hi. Will Vidar handle the Dynavoice DF-8?
Am not sure
Don’t have a Dynavoice
Thanks
Fine lp
Interested in setting up something similar, sounds great. Did you just go with the Schiit Vidar, Saga 3, Loki, and Modi?
Yes and Mani for the turntable

Like the JVC deck and the UV meter....
Have the regular Saga only not the Saga+
You’ll probably better off with the freya
