I grow my plants in containers at the parapet/corridor Infront of my flat. Ever since the 2nd half of COVID-19, I've been embarking on this new hobby. Most of my edibles thrive well under my care and I'm into organic fertilising now! Nothing beats to your own planting and cooking them!

This is actually bad for singapore because any self sustaining thing people have doesnt benefit the country. If you buy everything then money circulates and taxes will be payed while suppliers continue to supply things. If you stop importing then you cant export aswell. If stop buying veggies why not stop buying water and electricity too? If turn thats space into something more productive then it will be better. Those small spaces are still expensive in real estate and tax is being payed aswell.
