  • We landed at the latest stop of the National STOL Series in Pinedale, Wyoming, for the Rocky Mountain STOL competition. This time, we were flying at a higher elevation than our usual venues, dealing with the challenges of a dense altitude. The event was fantastic - with friendly people, a great turnout, and an all-around awesome experience.

My Boy Scout camp I attended as a teen in the 80s was Camp New Fork near Pinedale. The Wind Rivers are absolutely incredible. Such a rugged, harsh environment. Incredibly cold in Winter, and of course that Wyoming WIND.

I'm convinced that Mr Henry can land and take off with that "bird" in the driveway at home..... Amazing 😲😲😲🤩
