Why would I rent 20K a house for a weekend just for the experience.. When I could buy it, upgrade it, live there for 2/5 years, flip it and if the timing is right make a profits and have the experience... His way, you lost 20K... Same thing for the car!! You gave the car back and lost all the money of the rent..
