    Great short flow. Idk how much of these you read but I'd loveeee more really engaging 'wrist free' videos. Sprained both my wrists within a few months of each other and never went to physio so its been a pain using my wrists.

      just a tip i used to think 10 minutes was the key to max benefits from ice bath turns out its 4-5 minutes

    Hi guys, I need some advice - I lift weights and do yoga most days. After a leg day particularly with a hamstring focus, I often end up with tighter and sore hamstrings that really impact on my yoga practice especially with downward dog/3 legged dog. How do you balance weight training with yoga physical practice???

    I’m loving these short sessions. Nice quick morning get up and go if you can’t do a full Flow in the morning.
    PS: I’ve went on the website for the Yoga mat but I cannot seem to find the same colour as Flo’s. other than black and gold or just grey. Need help with this. 😅
