Siobhan has been such a good villain, genuinely has made me root for the characters downfall. Hopefully psychotic haters dont shit on her like they do with every other villain character who harms their faves :/
Honestly, it makes no sense. If we look at the case from a neutral standpoint then everyone involved in the kink play agreed that they wanted to do knife play (including the victim) but that it sliced deeper than they wanted due to a forgotten safeword. They both should be not guilty because it was NOT attempted murder, since there was no attempt it was an accident, so shouldn't there be a separate trial for that if the victim asks for it? In the end the only evidence was the video and that killing theory has been debunked and other than that nothing that they said had been recorded so whatever the cop said that THEY allegedly said, wouldn't be useful in court
I dont like the result, but I think ultimately it makes sense. There was evidence (we didnt see it bc Squeex didnt look at it) that Bobby's testimony would be false. The story that they gave to the officers about the events surrounding the murder was different than what they said oj the stand. It wasnt entered as evidence in the traditional means, but it was brought to attention through Officer Ruby. And it sounded like if Shiobahn had been their lawyer, itd have been in record or something. If they had had their story straight from DAY ONE! (Which would be impossible to know that Bobby would give them a second chance), it'd have likely ruled in their favor. All that said, the fact they didnt get it pushed is bs. Shiobahn totally fucked them in that regard, using up the good will of the court system without their knowledge. The idea that they'd be getting "special treatment" is stupid af in my opinion.

It’s crazy that squeex joined gta rp and managed to get almost every single other character to hate vivek in a few days. It got to the point where this whole court case STILL happened even after all parties involved sat at one side (including the victim)
