It could still happen

@@jacopotordin9509 yes.
This Legendary man had the will to just fight the Empire. Not hitting civilian targets like Canon Saw Gerrera. Or cowering in fear like Canon Mon Mothma. But launching Military offensives on Imperial Targets suggested to him by Legends Bail Organa. Such as Tie Fighter or Star Destroyer Construction Facilities. Things that actually hurt the Empire and potentially inspires other acts of Rebellion.
He is a true Rebel and he will always be canon to me. Brave Jedi and warrior.
But, instead had fake "strong" characters just cause they was "female"... Smh...
Not because they had skills or years of experience and training... Just because they was "female"... As if being a female grants you magical fairytale powers... 🤦😂
@@kingaragornii9940 Yeah, as opposed to Shaak Ti and Ahsoka Tano, two female characters who were actually strong instead of just being there for the sake of being female.
One of the first REBELS
He's still canon to me. TFU couldn't, since the origins of the Rebel Alliance were WAY different even before the new canon came out and Shaak Ti died in ROTS (According to Lucas), but Kota still exists in my book
The Jedi: What a boomer... Why are you Fighting without clones... That's stupid!
Kota after order 66: Who's laughing now?
Yea sometimes old ways are better also his soldiers did real work 💪
Kota: .....yes i was part of the Dejarik club
Kinda felt bad killing kotas men. They were all so loyal to him. And loyalty is hard to find nowadays
What’s wrong with having him canon? He fits well into the universe even without the Starkiller plot. Used militia during the clone wars so it makes sense he lived through order 66.
Bandit Good question
well technically, disney never said he isn't canon. just that the game he's from isn't canon
I want him to be canon too.
@@uppishcub1617 Even Lucas said the game was "loose canon." it was meant to be a tall tale that people in the universe tell, that may or may not be true or exaggerated, but some elements do in fact exist. So Rahm Kota and Starkiller were real, but this isn't what happened, rather the story people tell of them.
Starkiller pulling down a Star Destroyer is the Star Wars version of George Washington chopping down a cherry tree.
It also makes sense that his small militia is what eventually expanded into the rebel alliance
“Vader thinks he’s turned you, but Vader won’t always be your master!” “I sense only... me?”
“Don’t make me do this boy...” “Vader’s the one I want NOT you!”
The Wii, PS2 and Switch version of that quote sounded funny especially the "ME?"
But the PS3 and Xbox 360 sounds like Kota is a bit too emotional with himself
@@bailujen8052 Yeah in the Wii version he just sounds shocked if not a little angry that he somehow ends up being the master.

YEAH BOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
🤯🤯🤯
I can't tell you how happy I was to first hear that.
3:03-3:14 the Star Wars theme melds so well with this one.
One of the major reasons I was angered at Disney's dismissal of Legends, one of my favorite characters right here.
He clearly inspired Kanan in Rebels but I wish they did more with him. I'm sure Filloni wanted to just like how he wanted to canonize Starkiller as a inquisitioner (albeit nerfed quite a bit since he was kinda op)
@@Nathan-mf2yz I'm not disagreeing there. Though Unleashed was always kinda dubious canon. (Especially my favorite version the Wii and PS2 version)
Matthew Coyle Dubious canon? Lucas said directly that Unleashed was, is, and always will be canon in his mind. That’s good enough for me.
@@spenser9784 Where did he say that? Also which version? There are roughly 4 versions of force unleashed not including the 2 sith alternate stories and 2 which has no conclusion. Also I ADORE Force Unleashed but man it has some feats that really should not be canon, though I guess those aren't as crazy in the novelization....
Matthew Coyle it was in an interview about the game around the time of its release. I looked for the link but the article’s been removed. Lucas was personally involved with the writing in the game, and gave the final say on most of the game’s decision making. As for the canon version, the light side ending is obviously the canon choice, and Haden Blackman has said the novelization is the “preferred” story. Under the old EU rules, anything that had Lucas’ direct involvement was rated G Canon, meaning just as canon as the films. The interviews that George had about the game, I can’t find anymore since they’re over ten years old. Sorry I can’t give you a link, but everything else I said is verifiable.
You can definitely tell Kota is probably the closest a Jedi at that point in Star Wars media had been in being inspired from the samurai. Usage of armor and how militaristic he is, his haircut, combined with his more organic based hilt and the fact he sheathes and unsheathes his lightsaber. Even the principle of favoring in having men by his side who he can foster loyalty from. And hell if you wanna reach, his cloak is reminiscent of samurai cloaks (mempo) and the rebel militia helmets are vaguely similar to ashigaru hats. Just the fact he wasn’t content with just going into hiding and wanting to take the fight to his opponents also helps.
It also helps that, due to him owning his militia, he was probably one of the few Jedi before the Rebellion that had the military assets to assault Imperial targets. There is the theory that he was likely a former student of Mace Windu as well. Which makes sense with his power in the Force and his skill in lightsaber combat (confirmed as Form VII Juyo by one of the writers, it was not Mace's Vaapad).
Words cannot describe what this character means to me. This was the first REAL boss from the first game I ever beat all on my own as a kid. My dog passed away about 2 months back, his name was Kota, we got him 12 years ago, my family never understood the name. This character was so cool to me as a kid, still is. Imagine my disappointment when I learned this character wasn’t canon lol
maybe one day he will be a man can dream 🙏

Despite the fact that Force Unleashed contradicts canon, in my head canon, Rahm Kota and Starkiller still exist in the universe. Their stories are just different
They don't even contradict canon, the biggest thing is the rebellion knowing the existence of the Death Star, but still having no info on it compared to having no idea about it whatsoever

This guy needs to be made canon again even if everything else to do with the Force Unleashed isn't, I have no hope he'll show up in Season 7 of the Clone Wars, but man...If he did I would be very happy, the guy was smart enough and tactical enough to reject the clones and have his own fighting force so he saved his own life when Order 66 did eventually happen, he noticed his force abilities were being clouded and took action, and never did anything too reckless.

imo, her abilities are fine because she was stuck on a desert junk planet most of her life. I'd be surprised if she didn't pick up any abilities.
Working with starships makes sense because she rummaged around Star Destroyers and other ships for parts.
She's not even that good with a lightsaber, but has some experience with a staff, which helps her at least.
As for Force powers, she learns along the way that she can use mind trick, and it doesn't even work the first time. Aside from that, the only other Force power she uses is to pull the lightsaber, and she only got that idea when she saw Kylo do it.

Now that EA doesn't have exclusivity rights to SW. It'd be dope to get a game explaining thr life of Rahm Kota. As he is one of the most interesting characters. Before TFU obviously
This score has to be some of the best meshing of John Williams themes and style with new musical ideas. Seriously underrated score
My best SWTFU character.
As much as I like Starkiller himself, Kota is the number one Force Unleashed character I want to return to canon. He fits well into Bad Batch... maybe, just maybe, there’s a chance...?
I know he hates Clones, but the Bad Batch aren't like other clones, or “Regs” that’s call them. They could totally be Kota’s army, if they (hopefully) in duct him back into canon. Him, Starkiller as the new grand inquisitor, and Juno as his personal pilot. They could bring back The force unleashed back into canon, and I have many ways it could work.
Nope....
The best part about Rahm Kota is that he can easily join canon while keeping his original identity almost completely intact. Obviously the part of his story relating to Starkiller would be tweaked if he was not present, but asides from that he could fit in while still being different.
