- hello my frens it's nina and here is another "productive" day in my life! :)
in this one i'm grocery shopping, taking care of things, making my iced almond milk latte, decorating and cleaning my room, and making my favorite veggie tofu stir fry. let's be productive!!
also happy back to school season!!!!1! a lot of friends and people i know went back to school and it's kinda weird that i'm not going back since i'm all done with college... :0 anywho i hope to be making some back to school related content even if a lot of y'all are already back at school. i know a lot of y'all are also in the quarter system and are still trying to enjoy whatever summer you have left ;)) i hope y'all have a good year and get that noodle!! enjoy your time in school if you can, it all goes by so fast :')

Nina, you said something that made me tear up.
Even the small things, even if it's not super life changing... it can be productive. I've been struggling with feeling very burdening and lazy and overall uncomfortable with myself because i felt like i wasn't doing enough, but you saying that made me appreciate all the small good things I've done, like doing laundry, cooking a nice meal, even taking a shower... And being a nice human being, that part was what made me cry a bit. We often don't count that in.

you had a good day and it looked a little like mine. Woke up, breakfast was peanut butter bread (not toasted) p/u espresso at the drive thru and got to TJs at 730. gutted a magazine for collage fodder. made minestrone soup, cleaned up my studio. roasted veggies for the week. watered my plants and told them how beautiful and awesome they are. I am fed and washed and now i'm going to my room to read manga. good night, sweet dreams everyone - you inspire me.

Note: with espresso add that first then the milk then the ice. The ice changes the flavor of the espresso so tempering the espresso with the milk and then ice will make the espresso taste better :)

Watching this gives me some sense of normalcy. Like...it just makes me look forward to when we can all go back out without the fear of catching COVID or giving it to others.
I know the first thing I'll do is go to the mall freely without fear lol. Only time I went during this pandemic was to pick up something near closing when it was crowded, of course practicing social distancing and wearing a mask.

instead of gummies or pills, you can buy liquid supplements for all the vitamins/minerals u take! liquid is easier to swallow and actually absorbs into your body quicker.

When I swallow pills I just put it on my tougue and I don't move my tongue at all and just drink water but like not moving my tongue (this took me years to figure out)
