Thanks for adding more baritone videos! It’s difficult for a newbie like me to convert some of the info from the other uke videos and so I really appreciate it! And I love your breakdown of this chord melody. I’ve got something to practice tonight. :)
Thanks, Kevin, for a great video! I've been wanting to learn chord melody for years before I even knew what it was called. I've recently switched to baritone ukulele (Makala MK-B) after long time struggles with guitar and am making good progress thanks to your beginner videos. Love your teaching technique!
Thank you! My film director always says I'm too windy, but I just want to make sure I really get the concept explained :) - Kevin | allforuke.com/lessons
thank you so much from Murray, In NewZealand love the baritone more now than my guitar, thanks to you , my playing is so good, excited about the Kala I ordered through your site, cant wait untill it gets here, Keep up the great work you are so easy to understand
Appreciate you adding more Baritone! And I agree with others its challenging to interpret other uke information out there, especially being new! But I have so much fun following your videos and its fun!
This is exactly what I was looking for, been playing a baritone kala for a bit and really need some lessons, this was very helpful! Thank you from Massachusetts!!!
Nice one Kevin, the bm was handy and love the Gumby. Would you consider doing a tute on Raffertys The Ark with picking style on Baritone. Many regards Steve.
Thank you for making Baritone videos! Really easy to follow and I appreciate the short, easy melody. ENCORE!!! The lack of baritone resources is crazy, pretty sure you're the main one right now. I like my baritone better than my concert, so I'm searching like crazy for songs to practice with. It helps when the chord diagrams (or tabs) are present because coming from GCEA, it helps remind my brain to not get confused. Great job!!!
Dear Kevin I come from the niche of cigarbox guitars. Since two days ago, with my new Ortega ru5ce baritone, I have started to learn it. I REALLY want to become good with it. My goal is by summer 2o24 to hit the streets busking around in my free time. I would like just to let you know that your channel is very well structured and a big thank you to you for sharing your knowledge with us. Greetings from Switzerland. Your new student, donfredu ✌️🤠👍

I have been playing guitar for 10 years and really have an urge to learn the baritone. I played in a ukulele club last week and fell in love. So ordered a snail s60B and it's arriving tomorrow. Keep these coming! From Southampton, England.
Go for it! Baritone is a blast. For more learning resources such as practice tracks, song sheets, and exclusive content, drop by the AllForUke community site and have a look around. All the best - Kevin | allforuke.com
Love playing chord melody on my baritone. It's funny how you almost immediately naturally grasp the waist of the uke and play mostly with the thumb unless fingerpicking occasionally needed. Just watch the uke greats and see this, it's just human physiology. But if you've got a traditional uke in GCEA, just replace the 4th string an octave lower (low G string), same sound just everything up a 4th in pitch, chord shapes same. But IMHO the baritone's lower pitch and sustain better at playing this style. BTW, Kala baritone ukes rock, mine a cedar top. Thanks!
I play bluegrass music. I just ordered a new KALA baritone. Could you throw in some bluegrass tunes. Please and thank you . Your doing a great job of teaching!
just decided to listen to baritone. I have a concert soprano and a ukadelic soprano. Maybe a baritone in my future. Had another snow day today! Berm is just at about 5' now.
Thanks for the great baritone content on your channel! I have been playing this and my wife just thinks it's lovely. I was wondering how to change the chord structure to make another verse and then play this section again to complete a song? Any comments appreciated!
Love, love your lessons for baritone & subscribed to yourcweb page, but navigating it is difficult & confusing. Please, please add a search capability which I'd need before joining a paid plan. Thank you for being such a thorough instructor.
Maybe this is a weird question: I don’t have a baritone, but I have some guitars that I’ve gotten from other people. I’m wondering if these videos could help me learn to do more with the guitar. It’s the same too strings, right?
Here soon I am going to order a berotone. I'm torn between the Kala s, c, a, c, b, and the bamboo. Burrito I had a nephew that had an s c, a, c, b. And I really liked it but I liked the thought of the renewable resource that bamboo is. Any thoughts?
hi, this format of music notation is called 'tabs'. The horizontal lines are the 4 strings (of the ukulele), with the bottom line being the D string, and the top line is the E string (since this is for baritone uke tuned DGBE). The number on a line/string tell you which FRET (of that string) to put your finger on. So a '3'means to put a finger on the third fret of that sting. .. Hoping that helps

Thanks so much for more baritone content! When we get better., are people able to site read this tab notation?
I have a Kala Baritone, but I just got Pepe Romero Baby Baritone strings and put this on my Kala Elite Tenor and it sounds amazing . . .

Omg thank you !!!!
Definately more chord melody please
Great video! I've heard of a 5-string ukulele - if it were an A chord, would it make the baritone a penta (G/Em)-lele? 🤔
Can you email the chord melody chart for this song? Its not available in the description.
