    Thank you for a great recipe! I made this cake with strawberries instead of raspberries and it was delicious! So tender and full of flavor. Chocolate and strawberries make amazing combination. Definitely I'll make it again!

    Omg I am loving you channel! It looks so fancy those desserts~ I will try this one for my husband's birthday 😍 btw.... question: if I don't have that type of molds, how can I make sure it won't stick? Last time I did some strawberry and raspberry gelatin... and was super hard to take it out. The whole shape was a failure even tho the taste was good 😅🤭

      Yana Bravo thank you so much Yana! ❤️ I usually use a removable bottom pan for my no bake cakes and line the bottom with parchment paper. Cake collar/ cake acetate is also a plus for smooth and seamless cake.

      I used a removable bottom pan, so you can use any glass or container place your pan on top of it and gently push it downwards to release the cake. Hope it helps.😊❤️

    I made this recipe and it came out very nice although the chocolate was bitter, I used a chocolate with 100% cocoa, I didn't know about that but I recommend that you use one with much less cocoa. I also suggest adding more erytrytol to the whole dessert to make it feel sweeter. Thank you

      Taty Serra and for the powdered gelatine, you can bloom 1 tsp gelatine into 1-2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it rest for 5 mins then microwave for about 10-15 secs. It’s now ready to add it in your cream cheese mixture.

    Hi, once settled how long Can it be in the freezer ? Or in the fridge ? Can it last at room temperature (without melting) for a party or it have to be served in the last minute ? Sorry I have too many questions. I made it and it looks delicious. Also I have some ice formed in the top layer is that ok ? May be because I added a little water to the raspberry purée.

      How do you use the gelatin powder? It doesn't get used the same way. You use less water in the sheets. Would I just dissolve a tablespoon full of powder in a couple tablespoons of hot water instead? Where do you get the sheets? I've never seen them before.

      Linda Van Raay you have to bloom the gelatine powder in cold water. For every 1 tsp powdered gelatine you can bloom it in 2 tablespoons of cold water for 5 mins the microwave for about 10 secs

    Hi i was wondering how hot the almond milk needs to be to melt the chocolate, would i need to heat it on the stove or microwave and for how long?

      Si Me hi! I recommend to heat it in the stove to control the heat. Simmer in low heat, enough to have bubbles on the side and do not let it boil. ❤️

    Made it this morning for my son' s birthday. Looks nice, but chocolate mousse is way too sweet. We could only eat top layers and they were delicious. Next time will only put 60-70g of erythritol.

      Hi Nicole! ❤️ For no-bake mousse cakes and cheesecakes, the gelatin is used to help the mixture set up when the cake is refrigerated. The gelatin is added to the batter to help give the cake a little more body and hold together when sliced. You can also use powdered gelatin or agar agar if gelatin sheet is not available.😊

    I just made this I used an 8-inch springform pan and while it tastes good I did not get the rise in each of the layers. I used the powdered gelatin and I just added the correct measurements into each layer as described in the instructions I wonder what went wrong...

      Hi Jan, it’s because you used a large pan. As indicated in the video I used a 6x3 inch pan. you can use 1.5 or double the recipe if you want to get the same height using an 8 inch pan. thank you!❤️
