At this time we are only accepting applications for RNs who have passed the NCLEX-RN exam and are working in an in-patient bedside setting outside of the USA. We also accept applications for experienced Dialysis nurses who have not yet taken their NCLEX-RN exam and also Medical Laboratory Technologists. We work with hospitals and healthcare employers who cover the EB3 visa for the applicant needed to immigrate and work in the USA.

Hello from Greece. Do we have to have already taken the nclex exams in order to apply to you?
Yes - with the exception of experienced dialysis nurses who are welcome to apply before completing the NCLEX-RN exam. All RNs must have passed the NCLEX-RN exam to work as a RN in the United States, but we do work with a dialysis employer who will consider those applicants who have not yet done so - even though it will need to be completed later in the immigration process. If you have scheduled your NCLEX and received your ATT, you are also welcome to provide that in addition to your resume for our recruiting team to follow-up with you.

Nurse Aides do not need to complete an English language test, but fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is required.

My ETA has been approved by the DOL since June. But the i-140 form is yet to be filed since the approval of the ETA, please what might account for the delay?

do patient care technicians need .visa screen certificate and ielts
Patient Care Technicians are not required to take an English language exam (like IELTS) if planning on working in the U.S. However, it is a good idea to take a practice English language exam if preparing to work in the U.S. to be as prepared as possible.

It's been 7months now since my ETA HAS BEEN FILED BUT STILL NO RESPONSE FROM DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
