Same here. Stopped coffee altogether for 3 months just to test. Didn't notice any difference either way, so started drinking it again. Black, no sweeteners.
Hi Dr. tribe member here. My brother in law is now diabetic. 113 fasting. Sores on his legs. But there’s hope , he followed my lead and has been keto for two weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed that he can stay with it.
Sounds like inflammation. Never reached diabetes myself, but started to have the slowing walk. Couple of weeks into keto, led me back to walking comfortably at my old pace.

I'm so glad you talked about The Diary Of A CEO episode. I am a subscriber there too and I listened to it and immediately thought of you. Love you Dr. Berry! You are my No 1 celebrity! ❤
Thanks for blowing all of the lies we're told out of the water!! It is so refreshing to know there are doctors out there who actually want to know and tell the truth.
Love your view on the articles! About 50% of those + 50% of questions would be great! Thank you for your positive attitude in everything. It takes a carni/ketovore to be understanding and respectfull.
That WHOLE episode of Diary of a CEO was so good! She is so amazing, so informative! I sent it to several people to listen to the whole thing. She talks about so many people she helped with mental heath by doing keto and or carnivore.
You are the greatest doctor in the world! You have helped me change my life. Now I have lost 65 lbs which I never thought I could lose five. Thanks for all you do.

I love coffee too. I would go with decaf if I needed to eliminate caffeine. Though there are other things in coffee, even fiber! Unless there was a really good reason, I don't want to give it up

I gave up milk, Mexican Cokes, sweet tea and having a margarita 3 or 4 times a year. I still have coffee - l add butter and heavy cream and sometimes an egg. Thank you, Dr. Berry, for everything you do.
I have coffee up for about 90 days. And then tried to go back to it,it tasted like dirt! I used to love it but for some reason it just wasn't good anymore. So I do a coffee cup of hot water, butter, mineral drops, and iodine in it. Thank you Dr Lisa Welderman!

Afternoon Dr. B from WA state. 2 weeks on diet down 9 pounds and i only eat 1 x per day and haven’t had any sugar. Took a bit of adjustment to switch to stevia but am used to it now.
@@sierraechopnw4228 Yes, you're right, it isn't sugar. What I meant was that it still kicks in the sugar cravings because it's sweet. In other words you won't be able to kick that stevia habit either.
