I guess it is no tutorial for beginners, I see that you have multiple layers like track layer, sky paint, sky matte, etc. It seems to me that it's a tutorial for those who knows what to do beforehand in order to get to this point of the process.

Great video and tutorial. Just wondering was the cloud layer tracked in ? Was the foreground masked to reveal the background clouds and efx?

Yes, the clouds were tracked in. We used the same tracking data from the previous "Day to Night" tutorial that you can find on our channel. For the clouds, no the foreground was not masked to reveal the clouds. The cloud layer goes above the sky in the video and is illuminated by the point lights! By turning on the "accept lights" in the material option of the cloud layer, we are able to reveal the areas of the cloud using point lights. Stay tuned for a whole tutorial that covers the entire process.
