    Hi Lauren, can you please suggest which of your programs are great for weight loss and distatis recti friendly. Also, will the 12 week ab restore program help in dealing with back pain and post partum ( almost over 4 years! ) weight

      Hi! I would recommend any of my postpartum strength workouts-building muscle will help with fat loss and overall lean body mass is so important! I also have a Diastasis recti series and hormone balancing series with strength, cardio and interval training workouts. All these are on my playlists! And all are DR safe.
      Yes, my postpartum Ab program is perfect for healing core dysfunction as an add on to the workouts above! ❤
