The thing is, the og Levi Squad would've defeated the Female Titan, if they knew enough. The difference that would've made so much difference is that 1) they didn't know the Titan could focus the regeneration in just one organ/spot and 2) it could harden the skin. Just those two infos, if they knew that, Annie would've been captured. It's always the lack of information that ruins everything.

I think if the squad allowed Eren to transform into his Titan form, I think the whole squad would still be alive. I think it was pretty dumb on their part but that was just my opinion. But even if he did transform, it could've still been the same outcome of the whole team dying. The fight between the Female Titan vs Eren was so good and so badass. You're gonna be shocked by the identity of the Female Titan. It was such a great reveal.
