Awesome. Seems like Mammút is getting more vast being singing this song in English this time. Love how natural the singing is and the mood and tone is from this band.
I was able to sneak into Frederiksen Ale House (actually staff let me stay) during 2014 Iceland Airwaves fest. Saw what a local told me was a hybrid of Mammut and Sigur Ros called Bird. Anyone else see or hear of that? It was amazing!
Reading the lyrics and hearing the song makes me think that this song is about using heroin. The verses make me think it's specifically heroin and the chorus, to me, seems like she is saying "cover me in salt" meaning to preserve the feeling of being high. Can anyone confirm the true meaning behind the lyrics or what the band originally intended with the lyrics?
it's still awesome after all those years.

If I ever have the privilege to see them live, I would cry. This is beautiful :'(
I've never thought I would be able to see them live. It was beautiful . They are beautiful. :')
my best discovery back in 24's
Incredible, I've been following them quite a while. Keep singing in both English and Icelandic and you ought to pay a visit to SF !!
This my first time hearing them and this is for real.

Nice Prince flavor
ég er kvað,ha. hahaha gaman hvað landin er að gera góa músik.
the melody is so dark.. I think this song could be covered by Korn or limp bizkit!
Please not. Maybe A Perfect Circle
I prefer original language, it is pret tu dramatic
Both languages work well within the melody and I commend them for singing in English, it brings the meaning of the song alive for a lot more people.
