Novusun NVCM Mach3 USB controller, Lots of interference, Glitching

I bought this as a temporary controller. The wiring output were the same as the controller I'm getting so I decided to give it a try. I have two serious problems with this controller. One is the output bleads current during boot. I've noticed this is an issue with USB controllers. When the USB 5V gets activated is enables an output for split second. Another problem that I've on seen this controller is these weird Axis count glitching. The coordinates on the screen are intermittent. I created some DIN mounts for this. Check below

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been breaking my brain for days poking every way I could think with my meter trying to figure out how the switched output was working. Couldn't find continuity of voltage and was stumped. Just needed to switch a relay for my plasma's 18v circuit to turn it on and off

Hi, just wondering if you could help me I also have a hard time at the outlets. Any chance you could do a video about connecting relay to the unit? I am working with the same unit that you have in this video. Any help would be appreciated using it on my plasma table.

Hello. What about inputs wiring? I cant seem to read them even if analog and Digital outputs work fine . Thx
