Thank you! Zoom used to require me to connect my iPhone to my Mac and choose Trust and then I could share my iPhone screen….so glad you posted this!! I was teaching on Zoom and couldn’t get anything to work!
Thank you for the very useful video. Is there any way on Zoom (I have a Pro license), to continue to show your slides (as the host) AND have the mobile device screen shared at the same time (so all participants can see both)? From what I can see you can only have one shared screen at a time, whereas all the video feeds are always present. I want to get to the stage of having all video feeds and all screen shares displayed at all times during the meeting. Thanks in advance.
Hello, As far as I know Currently, Zoom doesn't support showing multiple screen shares simultaneously in the main meeting window. When a participant shares their screen, it typically becomes the main focus for all participants, and other shared screens or video feeds are minimized to thumbnails or hidden. However, you can achieve a similar effect by utilizing the "Side-by-Side Mode" or "Gallery View" options. Here's how: Side-by-Side Mode: As the host, you can switch to "Side-by-Side Mode" during the meeting. This allows you to see multiple participants' video feeds and the shared screen simultaneously. Participants can also choose to view the shared screen alongside the video feeds on their end. To enable Side-by-Side Mode, click on the "View" button in the meeting controls and select "Side-by-Side Mode." Gallery View: Zoom's Gallery View allows you to see multiple participants' video feeds simultaneously. While this doesn't display shared screens directly alongside the video feeds, it provides a similar view where you can see both participants and shared content at the same time. You can enable Gallery View by clicking on the "View" button in the meeting controls and selecting "Gallery View." Unfortunately, these options won't show multiple shared screens side by side. If you specifically need to display both the slides (as the host) and a mobile device screen simultaneously, one workaround could be to have one participant share the slides while another participant shares their mobile device screen. Then, participants can switch between the shared screens as needed using the "View" options. Alternatively, you can use third-party screen sharing tools or applications to share multiple screens simultaneously, but these may require additional setup and coordination outside of Zoom. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

In my business I do zooms with clients and need to share my iphone screen to show how to use certain apps but I need to blur my private information on my phone and I can't figure out how to do that while showing my iPhone screen during the meetings.
