It’s great you got your baby on a healthy sleeping schedule. We weren’t able to do that with our first child and I just remember feeling half asleep and foggy for a good year, lol.
I love your Turtledove! I knit a sweater in KP Reverie years ago and it seemed to take forever to get the right length bc the alpaca was so light and airy it seemed to rise ever higher, lol. I think I’d like using Wonderfluff for the wool content. It prob balances out the light as air alpaca.

Like everyone, but maybe a little more intensely?, I get legitimately psychotic if I’m too sleep deprived because my sleep is already so tenuous, so Steve has done everything he can to prioritize MY sleep in particular, and I’m super grateful for that. Quinn’s in a bit of a development zone so he’s been waking up super early and also randomly for periods in the middle of the night, but we have a very firm No intervention policy unless he’s hysterical (or in the case of early mornings, not until 6am). It’s been working so far 🤞🏻
I think Wonderfluff would be perfect for chilly Texas nights by a fire (do you do bonfires? Lol). Definitely light enough for winter AND truly knits up quick. I never feel like it’s not progressing.
