Working on the Misurina in a Marino silk blend that will be good for summer. Next on the hook is the Jabel button up by Hanna Louise. Excited for my first crocheted shirt!

hi, if you crochet a slip stitch alone the sides of your bag handles, it will keep them from stretching.

Love the body you have in the moment! Our bodies work so hard for us everyday and deserve to be appreciated. Give it time to heal itself, it brought a human being into the world. So glad young women today are learning it earlier than I did. Plus I love your wedding shawl.
Totally, I very much appreciate what my body has done for me! It’s more of a both/and situation. Two things can be true 🙂 I really, really wish it was talked about more - EVERYTHING about pregnancy, giving birth, aftermath because truly I had no idea the physical and emotional toll until I experienced it myself. And thank you! I’m excited to get pictures of it with my dress, and make some good memories while wearing a precious knitted item.

Thanks, I’m so happy you’re here! I def plan to check out the ‘84 movie and the (mini?) series as well once I finish the books. As a piece of cinema, I enjoyed Dune I and II - so visually pretty and the sound design and music were really intense. I’m a sucker for Hans Zimmer too, heh.

Hehe, sometimes it’s fun to leave in those unplanned interactions 😊 I have a Jennifer Steinglass pattern in my queue, but I can’t decide what pattern I actually want to do the most - so much of her colorwork is so fun! What other patterns of hers do you have?
Norwood, Gardengate, Telja, Hinterland, Fern and Feather, Vintersol and Midcoast. Since knitting dozens of sweaters in the pandemic years, I've discovered that fingering weight sweaters are my MOST useful sweaters, so though I have a LONG languishing Fern and Feather on the needles, I believe I'll knit all 5 of the fingering weight sweaters before I go back to knitting Telja or Fern and Feather, though I do want to blow through my Istex stash to knit Telja. We'll see.@@EventualKnits
