....that is why I don't like going to the mall at all. the consumerism, even if that is not the reason for me to go. though we did go at least once a year for the rides/birthday parties.
FYI be careful next time you go to the trampoline park. I went after my third was born and wet my pants 😮😢. And now that I’m an adult I think I get scared about getting injured. Then who’s going to take care of everyone.
Totally, I’ve heard that a lot. I’ve worked on pelvic floor Physical Therapy after giving birth so hopefully that will help? I hate the idea of not being able to do things!! Also I highly recommend PT, it’s never too late ❤️

Yes I technically could, but usually the point of minis is to use them together in a fade or something, not often as standalones!
