This quick 5 minute tour of Bodies Human Gatlinburg goes over hours, ticket prices and just gives a quick overview of what you can see inside. This is a permanent exhibit in Gatlinburg Tennessee for the foreseeable future. Would you like to go here?
As always, thanks for sharing Ryan! I'd definitely be interested in checking this exhibit out next time I'm in the area! As someone who has hereditary chronic kidney disease and a dialysis patient for almost 21 years now, I've developed an even bigger fascination with different functions of our bodies. Merry Christmas and God bless! ~ Scott 💙🙏🏼
Thanks for the video, Ryan, but this would not be the kind of place that I would want to visit. That's one of the great things that I appreciate about you and your vidros, you always share these things with us and inform us so well of what's new or happening in the area that we can then make an informed decision and decide for ourselves if this is something that we would want to go see or enjoy.
It's definitely not going to be something for everyone, I just wanted to do a very brief pass through it explaining what is within to help others make a decision if it's a place for them or not. It certainly gave me a great reminder of my mortality & gratefulness to Jesus redeeming my soul allowing me to someday get a new body in heaven!
They could hire me to just sit in my wheelchair in the room that shows brain and nervous system issues and I'd be a live human example for people to stare at. I could hold a sign saying Don't Touch, Jerks and Glitches are Normal. You finally found me a job! 🤣🤣
We saw this as a travelling exhibition back in 2014 in Aus, I was actually shocked as to how long a humans intestines are when they are layed out like a ruler that really floored me at this exhibit
What!?! No way! Lord Jesus. Who came up with this? Oh my goodness… 😮 I guess it is cool in a sick way. Thanks for your review! I probably will eventually visit…. Maybe 🤔 😊

I would not want to go there! I’m an old nurse and I’ve seen about everything there is to see inside and outside because I’ve worked surgery and I’ve worked oncology, orthopedics, dermatology and medical and surgical floors and I’ve worked offices and I’ve delivered babies and assisted with C-sections and you name it. I think it’s absolutely wrong to take real human bodies and do this! There’s no reason why plastics and molds can’t be used for this sort of teaching. It is absolutely wrong wrong wrong to display a human body like this. I had anatomy and physiology too and believe me I saw plenty of dead cats with flags stuck in them and microbiology with little critters crawling but there’s a place for it, displayed in a real human body for all of the public to see is not the place! I’ve even seen a human body with every piece of skin completely removed because of it was burned off of him, he was in severe pain and definitely conscious, he look like a skeleton from a book, exactly. But a plastic mold would be sufficient in public to relay exactly what I saw…the complete muscle and vascular system.
This exhibit does not belong in Gatlinburg! How could you take a child in there? They need to remove the body in the front window so kids walking by will not be subject to seeing that! I am a firm believer of if you don"t like it don"t go in there, but don't put it out there for little kids to see! I don"t think it will make it thru the next season! I sure hope not!

I don't think I will be visiting here
Would I like to go there? "Yeah nah." (that's Australian for no, nope, no way, nup, hell no!)

I think I saw one of the bodies eating a pastry from the Donut Friar.
I have heard they are to die for!
😂😂
Don't think I'd want to see that! Enjoyed your video tho. Merry CHRISTmas to you and yours!❤️💚🎄⛄❄️🎁❤️💚
It’s not for everyone, you too!
They had one of these in Houston a couple years ago
👍
Love that Bucs hoodie
Hopefully can beat the cowboys tonight! 😁
How long will the exhibit be there? Would like to check it out next year. (Just read it’s permanent.. thx)
👍
Ryan you okay, your right side of your face looked like it had some droop in the intro?
I'm all good, just hiked down a trail from the top of SkyPark and probably still somewhat frozen.

I don't know if this is my kind of thing. For medical students and people with interest in this I say go for it, but it's not for me.

It’s science, it’s life. Why would it be offensive to a child? Lol!
