    Hi. Excellent videos on these machines. I bought a second hand one of these for my house and the groups only produce steam. I expected a blockage but I'm thinking it's set to high as it only cuts out at 108 degrees. The programs coded to the last owner and I was wondering if I can do a hard reset? Thanks

    I keep back flushing like 10 times and I still get coffee residue

      Hi LisaIf you are still getting coffee residue after 10 back flush clean cycles you must have had one very dirty set of group heads. It may be wise to call I a technician to dismantle your group heads and thoroughly clean them. Commercial coffee machines need to be back flushed at least once daily maybe more if you are very busy and the machine is getting a serious workout to prevent the build up of coffee residue you are experiencing , Maybe try staring the backflush procedure, when you are 1/2 way through the clean , turn the machine off and allow the cleaning chemical to sit in the groups for 10-15 minutes, turn the machine back on then complete a clean cycle.
