This is the full Hi-Ougi Exhibition for Tales of Destiny 2. This includes all of the "unmasked" version too. Spoiler warning if you don't know about it (it's about Judas)!!
Also it includes the most powerful spell of all, Crazy Comet with it's Extensions and Chain Procs:

Watched this 17 years ago and managed to find it again! Just in time for 2024!
When the game released it’s all on Japanese, it took great effort and SP reduction to cast the final ougi… even till date, when I hear the chant I can tell which spell it is. Nope I don’t understand Japanese
I got it to work some time ago, but thank you so much for the reply! After watching this, I can't help but to feel peeved that Nanaly has only ONE Hi-Ougi.
i think this is the best exhibition video on youtube. we finally get to see the moves and hear them as well instead of some crappy pop song or blaring jpop. Thank you. please make more exhibition videos.
Actually, yes, thats going to be the sequel for tales of destiny. Mostly about Stahn and Rutee's son (im not sure if he was adopted) and his brother (definitely adopted) Loni.
thought process of Namco: Wow, we're totally pooped from making the remake way better...hey, I know! Instead of thinking up awesome new hi-ougis for Lion, let's just use the ones we gave Judas in Tales of Destiny 2! Wow, we're so sneaky! No one will ever find out!

SPOILERS
Elraine (the game's villain) flat out states Judas is Leon. She brought him back from the dead to help her but he refused. He eventually met Kyle and Loni in a prison and joined them. Leon helps Kyle because he still feels guilty for betraying the cast in the first Destiny so he hopes helping Stahn son (and since Kyle is his nephew) will help atone for his sins.
Symphonia was my first "Tales" game so I have a lot of respect for it. If you read my comment carefully I said that Symphonia's "moves" are child's play not the game itself.
all Higi have a Ougi extension
you need enough uses of the attack to equip the ougi enchant
you can use all ougis
Judas although has an extension that can only be used after the secondplaythrough.
1.Goto Option That shows stuff like ARMED, ACTION, COUNT.
2.Click On The Second Tier Attacks *Second Tier are the attacks that u do after a skill so its like
Skill + AnotherSkill

Well, he is Leon, a guy who's captured the hearts of many during ToD, so of course, for fanservice's sake, they give him the coolest hi-ougi ever! XD Or so I think. It's what makes him that much more awesome.

u have to strike the monster with a cpecific technigue and it has to has to hit it well i think the last hit but u recommend all of it then hold down circle for it to activate.

I have this game for the PSP, and I know not a thing about the Japanese language. I am wondering, how exactly DO you activate these Hi-Ougis, anyways? Anyone know?
These spells looks way more awesome than the recent 3D 'Tales of' series imo...

AWESOME! Never played this game, or the first for that matter, before but now I want to so badly! And the music reminded me of 'Awkward Justice' from Tales of the Abyss...hmm go figure XD

judas is dope
Well, thats the whole point, melee are attacks, even though have recovery time, but then, they can be executed immediately, they have better HP, and can chain combo easily
to make up for it, mage even though have too less hp, extra fragile, they have extremely high dmg spells which can decapitate almost any enemies immediately

Is Judas - > Leon ? i really wanna know :( everywhere on the INET i get answers like "it is obviously who judas is" but i wanna know is there something in the game what proves his true identity? and is there a reason why he helps kyle?
This is the PS2 version, right? I was hoping to finally see Leon's Hi-Ougi in high quality. x_x
where can someone download this game at and also, why is it that even though the game is japanese it has a bunch of english words in it?
These Hi-Ougis (including Nanaly's impossible summons) can be done on the PS2 version (not sure about the PSP version) of the game outside of Spirits Blaster mode.

It's "mikitta"; sort of like "I can see your weakness" or something like that.
This one has the best video quality, but you should have put different music tracks like the other 2.

Dang, I've only played symphonia but after watching this... symphonia's moves are child's play.
lol, what the heck is that Reala summons? It looks like sends an army of lego-men to hit the enemies.
Damn this actually deserves a localization, it would've been cooler if they just left the voices in and translated the text/subs (like for ToD on PSX).

Kyle is not adopted...Loni isn't considered a brother canonically but I suppose he counts...

But i have to say, this exhibition isn't as intense as MasterLL's ToD Hi-ougi exhibition. I prefer that one, but this one's not bad. (PS: Love this BGM.)

well the reason i like jay's moves because most of them are trap moves. i allways lure my foes to their deaths. even though i'm a senel person.....
why do people compare the newest from the classics?? the new ones were made cuz they saw their mistakes with the previous games.. and one more thing... Class Albein is STILL the best Tales Hero!!!!

No offense but you have no ideal what your doing saying that I first playthrough Kyle went 70 plus hits ougis only Unknown on Barbatos 3.Also Unknown takes real skill on other diff they do not even use all their attack even on Mania

No, it's not. It was released last year in Japan on the PSP, I just got my copy yesterday :D but it's not coming to America, because of that stupid 2d rule.
melee skills have recovery time .. it's not like they're even that effective at combo-ing. seriously, melee in this game is just to make sure the spell users don't die.. magic interrupts enemy combos, links 10+ hits, does huge damage.. melee is interrupted easily and does little damage. the melee chars just take a huge tanking role.
why dosen't anyone like the psp version, its got better cutins
Better yet buy TotA before any other RPG this year... money talks alot louder... ah interesting! (didn't think you'd have your own account....beats people ripping you off)
I hate how pathetically weak Melee hi ougis are in this game..
Divine Saber can do like 10 k damage in total, and yet a Hi Ougi can only do like.. 5000. S:
