I got the F-16 about a week ago and I am almost embarrassed to say exactly how impressed I am with it - very little blade play is exactly right. I believe this is the least in an OTF that I own. Action is insanely fast in and out. Love it - wish they offered it with a little better steel but definitely not complaining at this price! If you like OTF and want what seems to be a quality knife for not a lot of money don't hesitate on the F-16 for sure
I have carried my Concord in my pocket and have used it daily both roughly and cutting tape since summer of 2013. The finish is gone around the edge and tip. The tip is rounded. It has never failed me. The parts have held together well. I take it apart and clean it and oil it once a year. Love this knife.
The F16 is definitely the best on the table. Those open slots under the buttons on the others is a super deal breaker for me. Can’t have dust and dirt and pocket lint getting inside my OTFs so easily.
Thank you for the information you always give. You're videos are fantastic!! It would be great if the other knives had pocket clips onrhem but as you said, they seem to be more for the collector than for EDC. Again, I greatly appreciate the info. I had no idea what AKC stood for but you have cleared that up nicely. Keep up the vids and great work. Dave
Grindworx has this video posted on their website on the page with the 007 Concord. It is miss leading because the Concord is a mini. If you are not careful you will order a mini when you thought you were getting a bigger knife. I thought about contacting them to see if I could return it and pay the difference for the full sized knife but decided not to.🤔
I have one just like the Green one, but mines Black. It's called the F16. The lever to make it open and shut broke on mine. Does anyone know if they will replace it for free. Or give me a new one.
Holly, I'm looking at purchasing a Blackfinger. I just can't decide between the stainless and black coated blade. In your opinion, which one looks better and is the action the same speed on both?
I think that would depend on your needs. Having a coated blade is good if you use your knife in a way that increases the risk of rust, but I personally prefer the look of a satin or stonewash finish. There's always a possibility of minute differences between any two given knives (even when they're the same model), but there really shouldn't be any perceptible difference in the action/speed. Good luck! - Holly
I have the 2 f16s and the 077. The f16s are awesome and have hardly any blade play. The 077 sucks!!! Crazy blade play. I want to try a Concorde, we'll see
Not a big fan of any of these OTFs...I have many, including a few high dollar autos, microtech included. But, to be truthful I gave the video a like, just because it was well shot, and autos are awesome, but, you can get a OTF lightning knife that does have a pocket clip for less than $35.. ...I have a few of them, and they are tough as hell, and they hold an edge pretty decently. It's what i carry when I'm working in my metal shop.
Concorde 077 is cheap as shit! Ridiculously light and feels like a carnival prize! I got one scratched up on top of everything else and sent it back. Why are all these knives out of stock and twice as much as they used to be.
I've been buying and carrying knives for over 50 years. Very few of mine have a pocket clip. As for "like buying a car with no tires".... No. Buying one with no BLADE would be like that, but pocket clips on knives are a fairly recent inventions.

Awesome!
I have the f16 and it's really nice, I carry it every day.
The last, green one is by far the nicest! I don't like the fat rounded point on the other blades
I have the AKC F-16. Have had it for almost a year, and I love it. Well worth the money.
I bought a AKC X-treme, and it's a great OTF!! But please put a damn clip on it!!!
Just got a flat grind polish/black 077, cant wait to get it!

Your wisdom astounds me. -Holly
Just ordered the F-16. Can't wait to get it!
I have the F16 with copper insert and dagger blade. I really like it, but it doesn't slice as well as a flat grind. I really NEED to buy them all. lol
It's very important to distinguish wants from needs. Sounds like you've got it figured out. 😉 -Holly
@@Grindworx Yeah Holly, one of each should do it. But then I"d have to do 2 of each because my daughter would "liberate" a few. lol

Akc F16 and I love it
I just ordered the green retro camo 077 with the rubberized coating from you folks, today.
Nice choice! 👌
How does this compare to a Benchmade or a microtech or MTN forged knife?
Great question, thank you.
Not in the same league.
Love my concords, carry one all the time. Good light duty edc.

The specs are on the website under each item, it tells you the length and width.
Can you also take them apart to maintenance
how can you get them into uk wont they get stopped by customs
Sounds like you should just leave the UK......
I doubt customs go's through every PKG the comes through.
Does anyone have the black finger. How is it? Built nice?
3:09 made me sub

I love the look of these. too bad the one I want is sold out :(
F 16 very good knife but i like my new campolin piccolo better now
Almost a $200 difference between the F-16 and the Campolin piccolo

I cant tell if these knives are huge or this person just has tiny hands. I have the AKC on the far left (the F-16) and it doesn't seem that big.
If only the f16 was in 440c ,8cr, or aus8 then id buy. 440A is horrible
Plastic switch for $75? Uh no
Switch looks plastic, am I correct?
made in Maniago, knives town
Where all of them. Everyone is out of stock and prices are sky high!.what happened?

The akc 777 blackfinger is absolute garbage. I accidentally got a TINY bit of dirt inside and it completely malfunctioned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
