While I very much love your show Martin I have grown rather despondent about all the doom and gloom. It's apparently this issue can only ever get worse.
May I suggest a roundtable discussion which some regular guests as to what current and future generations should consider to put a roof over their head. I believe you've well and truly covered all the issues. Maybe every now and then some solutions can be tabled. Many thanks for your content by the way. Very much appreciated.
So good, someone actually using their brains. Thankyou for your contribution
Id agree with this - I'd love some solutions or insight from Edwin on good areas to buy in
A couple driving on a long bridge after an earthquake at night.
Jack: "This is really dangerous. We should stop and wait until day. We should also take it slow."
Janice: "I appreciate your advice Jack but I've grown rather despondent about how you portrayed that advice."
Jack: "Ok Janice. There are potential bridge collapses and holes everywhere and we could die at any moment but we've got this!"
Janice: "That's the spirit Jack!"
Janice and Jack were never heard from again.
There's nothing young people can do. The couple needs to be in the top 10% of earners to purchase a home. The other 90% miss out, these are just approximate but I dont think it's far of. You just need intermediate math skills to show you that majority of first home buyers have zero chance. It's not doom and gloom it's just what it is.
Until enough locals stand up against the policies of mass immigration and foreign sell-off of our country there is actually nothing to be positive about.
Solution... do not vote Labor, LNP, Greens or Teals. They are all pushing this agenda.
The plan is;
-Tax essential workers
-Buy overpriced dog boxes to pay off developer lobbyists and donors
-Rent dog boxes to foreign corporations, insiders and NDIS cronies
-Take more donations from 3rd party housing providers
NOTE: Sky News Australia did a piece on youtubers like you but they called it, "Australians starting to hold government to account". Great work guys. Great work!!! You deserve the Kings Honour Award and more but as we know they hung Jesus on a cross and released the criminal and that explains everything.
If you believe what Sky News says, then you need your head read.
@@libatalklieb5793I guess you believe Aunty instead. Best solution is to not watch the talking heads of corporate propaganda.
Thank very much Martin@WalkTheWorldDFA
Gentlemen,
Good discussion. Well.done.
Too bloody right, those places will cost us 3 times as much as it would cost anyone else
Excellent thank you compulsory listening
Thanks for listening
I remember about a year ago you guys said the government would intervene directly with developers. Ta da! It came true. Well predicted.
Sadly so...
Great, it is my birthday
So this is my birthday rant 🤩
Many happy returns...
Martin, can you get PM Albo in your show?
Frank talk. If he cannot deliver, he should resign.
You know he cannot deliver. There is no way he would come on a show to face scrutiny. He is a WEF puppet.
Governments need all donations and spending (wasting) taxpayers dollars needs auditing and real time disclosure.
the whole system is fuqd!
AVERAGE SIZE BLOCK IS NOW 90m2 sellling for 600k
Thank God for that.
13:21 - these guys are usually so smart and insightful but i don’t understand the odd ignorance - Edwin: “why don’t they just buy established properties” - obviously if the State starts acting as a purchaser of established properties, that will only increase demand and push up prices. I’m not going to pretend the State’s policy of underwriting developers isn’t going to be anything other than a disaster that enriches dodgy developers, but the idea that the state should just buy existing parramatta dog boxes is even worse than the state’s proposal - a feat i didn’t think was possible.
The idea is the the government gives affordable housing, which will ease the rental crisis rapidly.
@@waxinggibbous718buying existing housing will just make housing less affordable
@@nijkasumov I believe the thinking is similar to a “Singapore” model where the government owns the housing initially. Then at the end of a period, say 10 years of tenancy for example, the tenant can elect to buy the property or continue renting. But yes short term demand will rise... I think the guys are wanting a system that is more long term in its thinking.
@@waxinggibbous718correct, but the trade off is that you have to work. Everyone in Singapore works, there is no homelessness, the state looks after you but you have to contribute, if physically able to of course. Imagine that Australia…
@@waxinggibbous718yet the fact is the government created unaffordable housing. They want you renting, not owning. WEF puppets. By 2030 you will own nothing.

Not sure why it's saying translate to English underneath it.
@@NortyNige Yep, the translation is the same as the original text 😂
Please don't discount the few politicians who reform policy for the community just because they aren't in power.
I do, and support them where I can, but they get bulldozed by the front bench...
@@WalkTheWorldDFA I've been loving D and B Pococks work in the Senate. Cheers for the reply and good ongoing work 👍
I bet you that Martin is sorry that he sold his property in Australia?
The Australian dollar is fast becoming worthless. He sold at the right time.
Why?. True wealth is health
@@calibre_au6183 Living in the UK? I can't see anything healthy about that.
If you think Labour & Liberal are separate entities you have been deceived big time…
raa raa raa same ol bs!
