Great stuff Pete! I love your videos so informative. I can’t wait to get my first luxury watch I love the Rolex date just II with blue dial. I just found out my prostate cancer has come back and after I told my job I was let go due to “performance” issues. Now I’m unemployed and start radiation on Monday. So no watch yet but I’ll keep watching and learning. Keep up the great work!!!

Hi Peter, genuine question here for my own knowledge. At 3:03 in the video, the 16233 you show looks like the gold is rubbing or peeling off the centre link of the end link. My understanding was that everything gold on a Rolex was solid gold. Is it just showing funny in the video or can you expand my knowledge on why it appears to be showing as silver underneath. Thanks Peter! I followed you from LB and so far love your videos. Cheers!
Hey so the 16233 upper endlinks are steel with a gold cap, the gold isn’t rubbing off, all two tone model clasps are the same unless solid bracelet. So yes you will see some steel under the gold cap👍🏻

Hello Peter great video you should definitely stay with the gold day date it’s awesome and I had a question it’s my first time ordering a watch from a Rolex AD Are 126613 LB 41MM blue and two tone yellow gold sub a good watch to buy investment wise or do they loose a lot of value because I was thinking of ordering that one or would you suggest a different one investment wise I’m looking to keep it for a good amount of years? thank you
