Peter I always looked up to you for giving us the most honest watch content, I’m wondering if you can talk about the watch market. I see some dealers offer 50% of current list price to when we go sell a watch so I’m wondering how you guys as dealers decide on price? Is it price fixing (inflating). Saludos - much love. 🙏🏻
love to see a video from Peter. thanks made my day. I use all my watches to tell the time and date if it has a date function that is. I love my 25500tn it is now my favourite dive watch.
Yo Pete, keep an eye on my millenary please. I'm nearly locked in. Someone gave me there perspective on the screws on the dial. AP wanted it that way! I think lol. Peace mai boiiiiiiiiii!! I sincerely appreciate your integrity.
Pete! Big fan! I’m sure you know this, (how could you not?) and say it how you want to, of course, but the correct pronunciation of Cartier is “Car-tee-AY”. ✌️
You do know people pronounce things differently depending on where they live right? The watch industry is so pretentious with that. Go to the north east of the US or Britain and ask for “water”.
@@TheBajamin if it’s pretentious to pronounce something correctly, I guess I’m pretentious. I want Pete to have the very best chances and opportunities he can to keep making a name for himself and sell as many watches and have the success he deserves. He’s a professional in the watch industry. It’s possible he didn’t know that’s how it was pronounced. Or maybe he didn’t realize that’s how he was saying it. Not a big deal. Knowing he’s a good guy, and a smart one, I knew he would take my message the right way, which he did.
@@scottreiburnNYC no one should be expected to add regional flourish to names. jaeger-lecoultre is another one. He’s not going to lose a single sale if he pronounces words the way he does. It’s more embarrassing listening to people TRYING to say it correctly and they don’t. Also your pronunciation of Cartier is wrong. It’s CaHr-tea-ay. The “hr” Is the correct way. So even when you try to say it right, you’re still wrong. BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT FRENCH.
@@TheBajaminLook man, you have every right to your opinion. As I said to Pete, he should pronounce it any way he wants to. JLC isn’t an easy name for many, which is why some refer to it as JLC. I think most people don’t find pronouncing Cartier difficult, and it’s such a mainstream brand- why not at least be given a heads-up- just in case-on how the company and 99.9% of the world say it? It wasn’t a criticism, I was just giving Pete a heads-up in case, for whatever reason, he didn’t know. I’m sure we’ll have to agree to disagree.
You are the used car dealer for Rolex. Those watches are super old huge disappointment. The moment is really old. Also, I guess if you’re into vintage Rolex, lmao
Best watch channel out there... 0 fluff, all stuff.
my man appreciate it!
Love this guy and his content, set your watch to the correct time man 😂😂😂

I swear when editing I said the same thing, but in the moment my head was probably saying really can you go wrong with anything here haha
@@Peterpic to be fair you really can’t go wrong with a classic Rolex at a good price. Reliable and serviceable if something does go wrong.

Who uses their watch to tell the time 😂
I was hoping to trigger some people with that haha just realized I forgot to add the text to the screen
I almost unsubscribed from that comment 😂 thank god you’re kidding
And just like that the Cartier Santos is now sold!
You have to learn how to pronounce it though... the R at the back is silent. xD
Silent r at the end of Cartier bro.
ill get there one day haha

MaMaCoo watches are great and affordable!
So you're looking to buy only hype watches...
realistically I buy stuff that sells, this is a business not a museum quick turnover is how you keep inventory fresh.

Bro. I literally check my Rolex with time.is and my watch is literally correct to the second. 😂. It’s about 2 seconds slow a day
I was trying to trigger some people im always on the correct time & date haha
