I this video, and unfortunately was misled because you didn’t show us how to make good contact. You showed us a drill by basically doing a 3/4 swing to hit into a window of yardage. You can do my hitting from the heel or the toe. Sorry mate, but this was a waste of time.
Sorry to hear that you missed the value in this one. To clarify just incase - the gamification drill uses an indoor setup or launch monitor to improve distance control. Pick 10-yard gaps and practice hitting your clubs within those windows. If you hit 2 out of 3 targets, aim for 3 out of 3 before switching clubs. This drill will enhance your understanding of your club distances and how contact quality affects ball flight which will help you choose better club selection on the golf course. If this doesn't clarify it, hopefully you get more value out of the next!
