About Me:
Hi, I'm Louise! I started this channel in 2010 after readers of my blog (called Sprinkle of Glitter) suggested I give UA-cam a try. I was instantly hooked and have found my internet playground on here. I make videos about plus size fashion, motherhood, lifestyle and occasionally have special guests (friends, kittens or my sweet Daughters Darcy, 12 and Pearl, 5).
I also write (book number SIX is out now!), podcast (Mother's Meeting, series 2 out now) and waffle on all over instagram.

Called my partner in to watch he LOVES Joey so much. 😂 we say this all the time.
I don't normally comment on UA-cam, but I had an A-level exam this afternoon and didn't do very well in it and I had saved this video to watch when I needed a bit of a boost and it has really made me feel so much lighter. I've been watching for a few years now and it's always such a pleasure to spend a few minutes with you and your family Louise, and to feel some of your positive and caring energy. I was feeling so extremely bleh, and had almost no self confidence - and then I saw you'd posted and I only needed to watch a few minutes to immediately feel calmer and inspired to keep on fighting
lavender is a lovely plant to grow and can go in the ground or in a pot, although i would recommend potting it! it smells lovely and is great for the bees and the butterflies, and in summer you can cut some sprigs and put them into trinkety glass bottles in the house! xx
Lavender isn't safe for cats tho
lavender is safe for cats, they just often don't like the smell so they keep away from it. cat mint would be so fun to have in a garden bed! the cats would love, and so do lots of pollinaters!

For tomatoes my top tip is to pinch the tiny stems that start to grow in between the other stems to make the big/stronger one survive better or the tiny ones that appear will suffocate the others!

Hi there. Next time you could put some stones or pieces of old pottery into your plant pots for drainage to avoid the roots getting waterlogged. I assume your pots have holes in the bottom - if not make some drainage holes. Enjoy your plants xx
