Dolton is a village in Illinois. Tiffany Henyard is the mayor and a Town Supervisor at Thornton Township, a neighboring town.
She needs to learn how to talk to the people and her constituents the right way. She's the dumbest mayor ever.
She simply needs to learn to talk.
It's too late for her. The other prisoners will understand her just fine.

Why would the town pay to fix residents roofs, mow their lawns, or do any work on private property?
I lived in Dolton for about 2 years. They don't. I lived off of cottage Grove and every 4th of July, they would have a parade down that street. If your grass wasn't cut or trees were to low hanging the village would knock on your door and made you take care of it before then. The city did not and would not pay for it!
