Some other people may have already noticed but I’ll still say it:
So the elite bloonarius was not spawning everything but suddenly started spewing all the damage phase bloons at once because those are at set points on its health bar, but the actual hp was inflated by the round scaling. That meant for so long it looked like nothing was happening because it was getting through the first really proportionally big phase.

It'll be nice once the mod is fully fixed of the stats being bugged. Some upgrades being bugged is a shame, but there's no many different things in the game that I think it's inevitable, but the stats being bugged is a shame.
The bugs were fixed like 3 weeks ago. This footage is just old.
The legendary at 17:36 wasn't bugged and he missed it. RIP that 6 damage 0.86x attack speed.
BFBs becoming DDTs and ZOMGs becoming BADs will never not be funny to me, lol. You get your first DDT round 60 and and many of them through the 70s, you get the first BAD on round 80 and 4 of them on round 87, and then finally on round 90 you just get... 3 normal ZOMGs, even easier than unmoded round 87.
IMO since DDTs already come in groups of 3s, they should've had ZOMGs upgrade into 3 DDTs each. And then have every group of 3 DDTs upgrade to a single BAD
I always just thought of it this way:
Have every BFB turn into 1 DDT and 1 ZOMG. If they're both above BFB and below BAD, might as well have them both.
Then after that have every ZOMG and DDT turn into a BAD. It would be pretty hard, but nothing exponential growth from farming and/or ancient monkey upgrades can't handle.
@@hadesKIU better: if a mastery upgrade of a bloon has multiple upgrades, make it equal chance for all:
i.e. a pink has 33% chance to turn into purple/white/black
another cool feature would be if they inherited the speed/health of the previous bloon.
i.e. DDTs --> 3x speed BADs (purple bloon 3x faster than red), ZOMGs --> 3x health BADs
When you restart, I’d rather just see the redone rounds with mods like this

Overused unfunny meme
The reason I think that elite bloonarious spawned everything so late is because the hp did scale, but the skulls didn't, so you had to get through like 4 million hp before getting to the first skull.
you should try a challenge where you only choose the lowest rarity option available and see if you can make it through chimps or something like that (:

I"m pretty sure the issue with not getting the weapons you got in the first run was a targeting issue, leaving it on normal probably prevents the new weapons from having a targeting mode they know how to use
That's not the bug. The weapons just don't work period. It has been fixed now, though.
@@ZaronXYZ Testing this locally, the targeting issue still happens on the latest version. Getting white hot spikes, setting targeting to normal, then getting a weapon that doesn't use normal targeting, such as cluster bomb, will prevent cluster bomb from shooting until you change targeting to something like first

@ISAB at 17:35 there is a golden stat bonus that has 0.86 attack speed bonus so i think this one was a save to pick one. But tbh it couldve been bugged too. But great Video as always, keep it up :)

A video idea I thought of is a co-op challenge where you try to beat boss bloons while your teammate tries to sabotage you
19:30 The only way I can see that happening is that the health scaling did apply to Bloonarius but the skulls didn't adjust for the scaling, so there was a massive chunk of health at the start, and then all the skulls in their normal places
that actually makes more sense than anything i thought of
The mortar is actually kinda good, because it works like pursuit on heli pilots. Combine that with the stat buffs you get when the game goes on, and a 0-0-0 mortar can be quite good!
The sky shredder was attacking so fast at the end that its darts looked to be going into it 😂

With the Anicent Monkey mod at the moment you can break the legendary upgrades if you ever pick the Glaive Lord upgrade. Don't know why but it seems to be what causes them to break the attack speed bonus in stronger weapons.

I've been really enjoying the ancient monkey videos, and it's cool to see how it works with other mods, it's just so unfortunate that there's still so many bugs that are causing issues :/
I think the inflation mod would be cool with this, trying to keep up attack speed while you're losing it would be interesting

If you haven't done this, you should do chimps/impoppable with monkeys that have more than 1 counter

I have wondered before how viable a 'non-meta' run would be with the Ancient Monkey. Currently really the strategy for winning... well, almost everything in BTD6... is to have low-damage, fast-firing towers that are buffed immensely, with something like the MAD being a rare exception to that. But I wonder how well all of the slow but heavy hitters would do if they were all active on the Ancient Monkey at once. I'm thinking things like top path druids, bomb shooters, top path sniper, etc. Mostly just because this is a mode that would actually allow you to potentially get away with a run like that, and it would be a change from the usual strategies, which is always fun every once in a while.
Space efficiency comes into it too, and the Ancient Monkey has infinite space efficiency
Now what if you did another game with 2 ancient monkeys this time, where you'd have to upgrade them both one after the other. So you ugrade one and then you can upgrade the other one, then the other etc.
Since it's not every day that you see multiple bosses on the screen, missed opportunity to stack the boss music every time another bloonarius entered, lol
You should try the extra long description challenge, if you press the info icon on a tower you see a description and if its extremely long like pop and awe or glaive lord, you can use those

If I’m not mistaken, the glaive lord bug has been patched not entirely sure though.

Alt account. Mods have a way of messing with your profile in boss events. Flags it for cheating i think. So he showcases mods on an alt account in order to not mess with his normal profile and boss related stuff.

I feel like the "infinite upgrade monkey" mod is a bit of a confusing title seeing that you did a series with that concept, buying scaling upgrades in damage, as, pierce
The roguelike monkey works so much better and he doesn't use it anymore :(
THe motor upgrade on the monkey upgrade is automatic so its better than tack shooter

Isab can only use monkeys which are the masters of their craft eg
Apex plasma master, top and bottom path ninjas, bloon master alchemist etc. Paragons such as master builder are allowed as well
Extra challenge is that this should be done with the mastery mode mod.
