Hi Gary, thank you for your video tutorials! I just started using Mailchimp's new email builder about a month ago, and I have run into a couple issues I can't seem to figure out. I knew how to remedy these particular issues in the previous builder. Firstly, I all of the sudden can't figure out how to horizontally flip a "Text & Image" layout. What's odd is that, upon first using the new builder, I could do this, and now I don't see the option to do so. Secondly, I don't see where I can access the source code like I could in the previous builder to make manual adjustments to any issues I see with my text or spacing. Wondering if you might consider a video on these topics. Thank you!
Mailchimp are releasing lots of updates to the new builder at present thus there seem to be alot of settings disappearing and then reappearing thus hopefully the image setting reappears. The code setting of blocks is yet to be released by Mailchimp.
Hi Gary. Great work here! Do you have a video about the archive... there are many "read more" buttons in the templates, but where do people get forwarded when clicking on those and where do you set up the read more articles hosted within Mailchimp and the archive? 😊
Is there any way to customize the button without adding a landing page link to the button so that MailChimp automatically sends a new email to those who have clicked on the button (Something like and appreciation email text)?
Can you attach a file to the email. I have created a newsletter using PDF so I was going to just attach file. Should I just add all the stuff in my PDF newsletter in mailchimp?

We have very well differentiated audiences each with specific messaging. When we bring in the different groups from our database can they be allocated separate audience groups within MC?

When a contact is added via a form, the 'source' column in hf audience will show that the contact was added via form. A customer journey may then be created to send to people that signed up via the form.
Unfortunately I don't believe that anchor links are available in the new builder. I'm not sure why they aren't available but there are some serious problems with email anchor links e.g. www.cu.edu/blog/ecomm-wiki/limitations-using-anchor-links-emails

Ye. You can either use multiple Audiences or use a single Audience and Tag or Group contacts.

For the forms, there seems to be no way to connect the signup forms to the customer journeys.
