WoW Becca - GREAT ❤❤❤ just found your channels today - been binge watching and this video has me in tears - good tears. I'm 52 with advanced MS and severe anxiety and what you achieved here is amazing and the fact that you took us with you - THANK YOU ❤ ❤❤❤
You have achieved a huge feat today. I'm so proud of you. I don't know who had the bigger smile when you made it to the water, you or me! Please take us along with you when you feel strong enough to do this again. We are all cheering you on.
My late brother-in- law had bipolar and struggled with leaving the house too. He finally got a therapist that helped him out of that by kayaking. He developed pneumonia after having the flu like 6 years ago and didn't survive but it makes me happy that his last few years of life, he was getting out and became something of a hero to the people in his apartment building. Keep working on it and remember to be patient with yourself. You got this!
I’m so sorry to hear about your brother. He sounded like an amazing person. I will keep trying to be patient with myself. I did feel really good about my trip out the other day. Thank you for your encouragement. Sending love ❤️
Well done Becca! I have had panic attacks when I had to go to a doctor's appointment - it's a miserable feeling. And then when I get there I'm fine 🤪. You did great! Now treat yourself! Heaps of luv! ❤
How brave of you Becca and incredibly authentic to share this with us! The whole video was an emotional journey. Beautiful nature, cascading waters and your beaming smile when you made it were highlights! And the sight of adorable cutie pies Louie and Mabel excitedly delighted to have Mum home was so heartwarming! I've suffered social anxiety on and off all my life. Thank you again for sharing, you are helping others to face their fears :) 🙏🌼🌺🏵🌻🌷🌹💐
Canadian MS WARRIOR for the last 27+ yrs here.... I'M SO PROUD OF YOU FOR REACHING YOUR GOAL TODAY!! Every day brings us things we have to &/or choose to face!! It's OK to set your own standards to life, even if no one else understands why!! What works for you is individual to your needs!! LOVE YOURSELF COMPLETELY & know you are aloud to learn from situations that don't turn out how we would like! Nothing is a "FAILURE", unless we do not learn from it... just b/c we've succeeded in finding what does not work, does not mean we are done trying! It is a matter of WILL, ENERGY, & LOVE that I continue to get through another day, and I believe YOU CAN TOO!!
Well done ❤ I have the same issues. Would love a video sharing about your health problem and what it is how it affects you etc but with the going out anxiety I’m right there with you so well done big hugs you did great
I'm not entirely sure that I can understand what you face Bec, but I just want to say that I love your courage and I love that you share your journey with us.
Wow Becca thanks for being real and sharing. What triumph to go that far on your own . I love wild woodland flowers etc so its a treat for me to see them thru the UK forest. I have anxiety too and mostly tense. After divorce i had to baby step it out In world as a single lady. I was full of fear & self conscious, shy even. I started small. Then got a divorce bike! So now..,i can go almost everywhere alone. Many years later. Now ive come into my own power.
Wow, this is La Force card, you complete star, Becca ⭐️ Getting out, making this footage and putting this out. What huge courage you have, challenging yourself and that terrible backlash double whammy anxiety plus panic attack you suffered all the way. I think your dry mouth was your nervous system in F/F. I’ve whatsapped people to say I needed to go out, to have them virtually be with me and witness. How many people did you help with this, as well as your lovely self. What a beautiful spot you got to. Thank you for being real. Sending you so much love ⭐️ edit- Rose says woof! (means good on ya Bex in doggy language) ⭐️
Good job getting to your goal! I’ve struggled with anxiety too, sometimes more than others. For me making goals like that and then by keep doing them helped.
It is dreadful to be going through this…I only leave the house to do the Dr visit once every few months and I bring my little lunch bag as my safety net
I knew you were a bad ass! (In a totally good way) You faced your fears knowing it would be hard but you pushed through. The spot you went to was beautiful 🖤 any step forward no matter how small is something to be proud of. Lots of love to you!
I was willing you on and the prize at the end was worth the walk. You've had a lots of changes over the last few years but I admire how you overcome, your an inspiration. Thanks for the lovely video. Take care lovely 💜💜
Dearest Becca.... So brave of you for trying & getting your desire accomplished even tho at first I was seeing you about to have a panic attack. I actually had the same thing yesterday before I had an afternoon dental appt. Just out of no where, I had to use a med to get by it so I could make the appt. Wishing I could have walked with you & held your hand to get there. I love you show plants along the way, such a treat for those who love plants! Hope you can get the blackberries before the birds & other critters. The beautiful elderberry...you can make things with the flowers as well. I'd suggest next walk take a small pack with you. A bottle of water, maybe put a favorite crystal in a pocket , even carry your favorite deck in a pouch against your heart....we know which deck! For strength, next time sit with your back against the tree, breathe & let it share its strength with you. Or put your arms around it or lay your hands & forehead on it. Trees are powerful beings as are all our green friends. Try to focus on the beauty & what interests you out there instead of letting your anxious mind run the show. It's hard , I know! I have to do it too, but find that calming the breath will help settle things down. You forced yourself this time, next time can be easier. I'm so glad to see you trying & staying determined! Maybe taking Louie & Mabel would be comforting & calming for you. Add snacks to the pack! Lol... have a little picnic with them on such lovely days. Lot of talk I know but I just want you to know I'm thinking of you & recognize the struggle. One last thing if I may... please look into at least a filter for your faucet. I'm assuming you have a city water supply, there's nasty stuff in there even tho they say otherwise. Especially fluoride. Cheers to you, with love on this Summer Solstice of great power! (Think you found it!) ❤ 😊
Well done for getting to the place you love. Thank you for showing us how ppl suffer from anxiety. I’m one of them. The house is my sanctuary and my prison. And it’s so hard for ppl to understand how it makes you feel. And the battles you face every day. ❤
Always carry a small paper bag like lunges when we were kids and if it gets hard to breath put the bag over your mouth to breathe in and out in the bag…it’s okay darling we are all with you and we are right here with you .😊❤
Some people have found that having a baby doll helps their anxiety and depression and loneliness. Especially among the elderly in care homes. And pushing a stroller, I’ve heard people say that it helps them feel more steady when walking, less alone, and such. I have dolls, and it’s made a difference. Jc toys, baby born, and baby annabell are what I like to get, don’t like them too realistic. 17 inch dolls can wear preemie baby clothes or doll clothes. Some people may find it helpful, some people will not be comfortable trying it. We are all so different.

I’m doing ok. Thank you for asking 😘🙏❤️
Well done Becca! A great achievement and an inspiration to a fellow anxiety sufferer 🩵
Agoraphobia. My mother suffered from this.
It’s a horrible thing, but I’m making progress, slowly but surely.❤️
