I enjoyed this ones a lot! They look very cinematic and you nailed the exposure times. Too sad I’ll probably never try pro 400h :(
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!🤗
Ahh what a pity... I've got two more rolls left and then that's it🤷🏻♂️
11:42 It’s all in the eye of the beholder . I like this one (as I do the others). The orange light behind the tree, which crosses the image, adds a bit of mystery to the photo. Like “what’s back there?”
True! I see your point, glad you like it. I just really enjoy how that orange comes across and thought it'd be nice to have a little more haha :D
Reminds me a lot of Gregory Crewdson photography style and really enjoyed your photos and the video. Great Job 👏
Ohh wow, I'll take that as a compliment😅🙏🏼 Glad you enjoyed it, thank you!🤗
Enjoyed watching, love the peaceful feel of all the photos. Night photography on film looks so good. Just ordered a release cable to try some with my T:R . Great work Teo 👍
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! Ohh cool! I love using the release cable - I hope you have a good time with it :D
Love the photos! They’re so mysterious and evocative, especially the 2nd photo and the one at 8:41. I also enjoyed hearing your thoughts about the photos and what works or not in the composition, very insightful! 😊
Beautiful photos and insights as always! I really enjoyed those ping pong tables! I have never seen ping pong tables in a park like that and I think that is a super interesting subject!
Ahh thank you Reimann! Ohh I see, that of course gives the photo a whole different context. I hadn't thought, that in other places this is uncommon👀
Can you do moody photography with your Sony Camera? I just loved how you edited a moody picture in lightroom before and would love to see more of those photos :)
Just get a film camera and you will get moody with no edit needed :)
I do that quite often actually - have you seen the recent fog photography videos?👀
Another one is coming in a couple weeks🤩🙌🏼
First time I have seen one of your videos - really interesting, thank you. I love Fuji Pro400H
Ahh well hello and welcome🤗 Glad you enjoyed it!🙌🏼
I absolutely loved these photos, especially the one at 5:59. I’ve been shooting more film recently and I used a roll of Kodak portra 800 for a night shoot. A lot of the photos were very green tinted which I thought was interesting. Amazing work as always
Super peaceful video! I love all of the lighting in the photos :)
Thank you Courtney!🤗 Ohh yes, the lamps in some spots really gave the scene a unique feeling :)
Great video! I really like 4:18 cropped would make it a bit better. I wonder lowering the tripod, resting the camera on object or shooting through some of the railings would push the compositions more and frame them more! Look forward to your videos!
Thank you! Yeah many of these photos felt like a crop would do them well🤔
Ahh good points and ideas, thanks!🧐🙇🏻♂️
Those roads look like a death trap!
Great video though man. Ive never thought about using iso400 for low light photos.
Mint captures, great video!
Your videos give me serotonin, ty
You're welcome and thank you🥺🤗
@@teocrawford you a real one 🤝
I like the shot at 8:55! Productive night, enjoyed the clip!
I shot my last 2 rolls of Pro 400 h today
:( Great video mate 👍
Ohh noo :( I've also only got two more left😔
Thank you!🤗
Hey Teo! Ive been following you on instagram for awhile now and also subscribed here on your channel. I’m also a fellow film photographer and your photos are just soothing plus the music you use on your videos. I hope you keep shooting. Cheers from Alberta, Canada!
Aww sweet, welcome to the channel🤗
Thank you for the kind words🥺🙏🏼 Cheers!
Beautiful
Thank you!🙇🏻♂️🤗
Wonderful shots, do you remember the settings of the shots at 3:21 and 4:19. I also took some night pics but I remember the duration of exposure lasted from 1-2s. Hope to see your answer so that I can improve my night photos the next time! Peace!
Some great shots, Teo. I like the way Pro 400H has handled the colours and contrast. Looking at the perspective I assume you used the 35mm lens? BTW thanks for cooling me down. It is 32 deg C. here today.
Deat Teo, nice video! I just wonder, with all this snow, whether black and white would be better suited?
Hmm I wonder🤔 I don't think that for me personally snow makes up such an important factor in deciding to shoot B&W or colour👀
My two favourites are at 4:50 and 10:30. I think both would be slightly better if taken from closer or cropped. Well done man!
Why don’t you propose a hashtag on Instagram so that your viewers can share their similar photos ? It would be nice to develop a community around your videos.
Thank you!🤗🙇🏻♂️
True! I felt this need for a crop on quite many here. I'm thinking of next time taking the 50mm instead of the 35mm maybe🤔🙌🏼
Ohh yes, I've thought of that before! I actually thought it'd also be cool to make a community account that regularly shares photos from the community🤔
@@teocrawford well this could be nice. But check what landscape photographer @attilioruffophotography did for example. He simply created a specific hashtag (#AttilioPhotoClub). This could be enough... #TeoCrawfordPhotoClub or something like that ;-)
I’m really enjoying your content, Teo. How did you calculate the reciprocity failure? In a app or by the information on the data sheet? Cheers from Brazil 🇧🇷
Wow these look stunning. Did you over expose by a stop on these or box speed? Just with the experience I've had with this film stock it feels like it needs a solid amount of light
Aww thank you!🙇🏻♂️
I generally overexpose my film to ensure that enough light hits it. For this session I simply added a couple seconds for each one. So for example instead of 20 I did 22 seconds :)
Can you tell me which App you are using for light meetering? Nice video have i like your work a lot.
Thank you!🙇🏻♂️ It's called "Light Meter - Free"
Is this your favorite season to take photos? (If you mention it, just watching, can't have my volume turned up right now!)
Not really... it's too cold haha😅😅 My favourite season is 100% September - November. It's not as cold and that's when here in Austria it gets foggy🤩
Can you please show us how to get dirt and dust out of the inside of a lens?
Sorry I have no idea myself how that works😳😅
Nice video bro
What aperture did you have?
Thank you!🙇🏻♂️
Usually I think I was shooting at about f/8🤔
I'll ask Fuji to let you keep the camera, so long as you let me take care of your A7RIV and its lenses while you have it.
Sorry I'm confused... what?😅😂
@@teocrawford oh my god I thought I posted that comment to the video that played before this one. I gotta stop watching youtube at work. My bad lol.
However! I really enjoyed this one, you have such a great eye for blues and dark/moody scenes like these.
@@JamesKrudop Hahaha woops, happens🤷🏻♂️😂😂😂 Thank you!🙇🏻♂️
Why is he holding it down for a extended period of time?
Do you mean the shutter cable? In that case, that is because when shooting in the dark, long shutter times are necessary to let enough light expose the film🙌🏼 If you'd only hold the shutter for a second you'll end up with a very dark or even black image🤷🏻♂️
Does night photography require a license or permission and acceptance from the shop owners? Today I photographed vending machines for supplies in the Fries fuel station and asked for permission from his employer and she stayed with me until I took the picture and looked at a picture before I shot it hahahaha
What!? Never heard of that haha😅😅
Where are you come from?
Austria🤗
Camera?
Pentax K1000
what camera do you use?
I was shooting with a Pentax K1000🤗
@@teocrawford thanks for telling me! its a really nice camera😊
In my opinion, you are letting in a bit too much light
Ahh you like it dark right hehe? :D
@@teocrawford hells yeah man :D
