- This was a great bluegrass music excursion!!! Michelle and I went to Franklin, KY to meet our friend Jason and his family. He was working at Kentucky Downs and had gotten an Air BnB in Portland, TN for a couple of nights. We dropped our stuff off there and headed to the Station Inn in Nashville, TN to see the Po Ramblin' Boys!!! We love this group! Go see them!
I would have put this on my Bluegrass Music channel: The Filbilly, but decided it would be best on the BaseCamp Bucayu channel since it was a musical excursion!

Thanks for taking us along! I think it’s awesome that younger generations are tuning into bluegrass and classic country music. They’re both American art forms that need preserved and shared with future generations.
Thanks to UA-cam, people that wouldn’t ordinarily go to a show, can see what it’s about. But like my IU School of Music professor said, “You have to experience live music to fully appreciate it.” Sound vibrating off walls and your body, feeling that deep bass pluck, strum off banjo strings, high pitch fiddle as the bow moves, and a guitar pick pulling out notes from the wood. There’s a whole lot of human communication happening in a song.

That place sounds like a Social Club haha.. so many yackers talking the whole time... but your sound when close up, is pretty darn good. Cut a bunch if them out.. Banjo JBrown Kicks it so good.
