You guys are fab! I work at a major craft beer shop in London, been there for a few years and I’m known as the ‘hop guy’. Your videos are always enlightening and ‘educational’ when on shift during a quiet period (January) and I can’t thank you enough for this. Obviously the pool of knowledge for hops is infinite and it’s always great seeing others express more knowledge than what’s on the back of a can. Wish you guys had a larger following, and I especially loved your “future of beer 2024” episode. Safe to say I’m indebted to you folks. Cheers.
Thanks so much! Which shop are you at in London? We like to approach things from an enthusiast level and keep it light, hopefully taking people with us. Means a lot to us having positive feedback from someone who knows their stuff 🍻
I absolutely love Idaho 7 a lovely hop. I’m going to now apologise for taking so long to find you guys, absolutely loving the content / channel after one video. Blooming excellent nice work I’m heading off to catch up on your back catalogue cheers 👍🍻
I always get that black tea note on the smell and taste with Idaho 7. Also something floral along with stonefruit and tropical notes. DEYA's Saturated in Idaho 7 is a great example of the hop done right. Loving the Mr Egg t shirt. If you know you know 😉
Cheers! A couple of evenings to get to a tight edit, but then I like to revisit over a few days just to add extra little flourishes and fun bits. Which end up being quite time intensive usually! Worth it though 🍻 - Chris

Hello fellow Brummie ❤
Thanks Lads. It’s one of those hops which Imo is not so easy to pigeonhole. My main reference is the single hop DIPA from Pollys hop studio series.
i have always found Idaho 7 to be a delicate flavour, Deya seem to be able to get the flavour i like out of it, others cant.
Always worth a try when you see Idaho 7 on the can
Cheers lads 🍻
🤙 Cheers our dude!
Brilliant - How long did that take to edit?
