- We all know DEYA for being one of the leading hazy pale breweries in the UK, but there's more to the Cheltenham haze merchants than meets the eye. We met up with Head Brewer, Gareth for a walk around the brewery and to see how they've adapted their original brew site into a Mixed Fermentation project.

Great video lads! I was looking forward to this. True story: last Summer I convinced my wife for a roadtrip towards Cotswolds (we were supposed to go north directly on our trip to the UK from Finland). I booked a BnB in Cheltenham, walking distance from Deya. And when reached our destination on Tuesday. Oh well. It was Tuesday. Deya was closed. 😂😢

Excellent tour around - love their Pale / IPA brews and they have that combination nailed. Glycerol from the yeast feels like it really helps that👌 🍻
Absolutely. It’s one of those things that had never occured to us. It’s great to be able to talk to different brewers and learn so many different things about the process and what makes beer so good. Thanks for watching 🍻
