  • In this video I make Pork Steaks on the Weber Kettle. They turned out great. They did come out more tender than I expected, but being tender is never a bad thing. If you would like to try the It's Incredible seasoning I will leave a link below.

    Oh my, I haven't had pork steak in a while, I think Pork is my favorite meat, when I go to a restaurant and I see Pork Chops it is hard for me to order anything else on the menu. Those pork steaks looked amazin. I think I am going to have to do what I did with your last video on the salmon, I am going to cook this tonight or tomorrow, that salmon dish we cooked it two times after your last video, it was soo good. I am sure this will be amazin as well. Thank you so much! I see that your bottle of II is low, so you know what happens next. Thanks Brother for the wonderful shout out on It's Incredible. You know I have many seasonings to choose from every day but I always reach for the II or Jalapeno II. Can't live/cook without it.

    Looks great James. X2 on the It's Increditable. I am going on vacation and only have access to a Weber gas grill. I have been thinking of covering the back and middle flavorizer bar area and only using the front burner. One person in our group is able to eat pork and this cook just looks amazing.

      James: I did this cook on the Weber Gas grill and finished them off with a mixture of Sweet Baby Ray Original and Spicy sauce. Came out amazing.

    • @CentralTexasGrilling
      @CentralTexasGrilling  3 роки тому +1

      I actually try and stay away from Pork Chops They always seem to come out dry. I'll be honest and say that's one meat I have troble getting down just right.

    Great looking pork James but i think it ended up being pulled pork really. Have you ever tried pork neck? It makes great pulled pork and also you can cut your own steaks off it and cook em fast over direct heat. Try it next time. 😁

    • @CentralTexasGrilling
      @CentralTexasGrilling  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah, it tore apart more than I would've liked. I think I should've used the other slices that I had cause they were actually whole pieces. Never tried pork neck, I'll look into it though.

    Your pulled pork looked good.
    I wish that you would wash your cookers. Dirt on the lid and rust on the grates are very unappetizing. It really doesn't take much effort. You only show your lid and your grate, it really shouldn't be much work to clean those two things.

    • @alecky1972
      @alecky1972 3 роки тому +1

      Hey man that looks like a fairly new grate to me that's starting to take on that blue brown look from the heat and smoke.
