- In this video I make Pork Steaks on the Weber Kettle. They turned out great. They did come out more tender than I expected, but being tender is never a bad thing. If you would like to try the It's Incredible seasoning I will leave a link below.

Brotha James brotha James, I think I just died and went to heaven. Heaven made that is. Holey smoke that looked Incredible for sure. I have a boneless pork butt vacuum sealed in the freezer I think I know what I'm going to do with it now. Thank you for sharing this awesome technique 👍👍

Yes it does!
I’ve never done pork steak before-I always seem to learn something new when I watch your channel-thank you sir for another great video 👍
Thanks for watching Adam!
Dang those look good! 💯🔥
Awesome
Great looking pork steaks! I have to try these on my Weber Kettle.
Thanks Bimp5!
Pork steaks are a St Louis staple
They are really good. I need to make them more often.
Brother James, that pork looks delicious! I’ll let you make that for me next fall. We are planning a trip to Tx ! “ Incredible “ cook !
Hell yeah! Looking forward to your visit.
Oh my, I haven't had pork steak in a while, I think Pork is my favorite meat, when I go to a restaurant and I see Pork Chops it is hard for me to order anything else on the menu. Those pork steaks looked amazin. I think I am going to have to do what I did with your last video on the salmon, I am going to cook this tonight or tomorrow, that salmon dish we cooked it two times after your last video, it was soo good. I am sure this will be amazin as well. Thank you so much! I see that your bottle of II is low, so you know what happens next. Thanks Brother for the wonderful shout out on It's Incredible. You know I have many seasonings to choose from every day but I always reach for the II or Jalapeno II. Can't live/cook without it.
Howdy brotha! Thanks for stopping by. The other seasonings are great, but man o man it's tough to beat that II.
They look awesome brother .
Thanks 👍
Never done a pork steak, gonna try it soon. Great idea for a cook James.
Go for it!
Looks great James. X2 on the It's Increditable. I am going on vacation and only have access to a Weber gas grill. I have been thinking of covering the back and middle flavorizer bar area and only using the front burner. One person in our group is able to eat pork and this cook just looks amazing.
James: I did this cook on the Weber Gas grill and finished them off with a mixture of Sweet Baby Ray Original and Spicy sauce. Came out amazing.
You Da Man!💪
I appreciate that!
Another great video! I gotta try making those bad boys one day. I also need to get some of that seasoning one day!
Yes you do, that seasoning is great!
Pork steak and chicken are my absolute favorites! Have a Good week/weekend! 👍
Thank you! You too!
Looks very good next time I BBQ. I'm going to have to try that for sure. Take care and God bless.
Give it a try, I think you'd like it.
Yes sir 😁
😍
Turned out a lot like country style ribs always good so many options for seasoning I can't resist using tiger sause on mine but a little goes a long ways
I like Tiger sauce onmy pork. I use it on my ribs. Thanks for stopping by.
LOOKS GREAT BROTHER LOVE ME SOME GOOD PORK STEAK
Thanks MADWOOD BBQ!
Your food sure does make you look like a good cook Lol
Well I guess im picking up some Pork Steaks tomorrow lol
Looks amazing! What was that sauce you added at the end? Texas Wizard Glaze?
Never heard of that before
Yes, the sauce was Texas Wizard Glaze. It's becoming my new favorite sauce, good stuff.
Delish 😋😁😉👍
Those pork steaks looked amazing! Would you cook thick pork chops the same way, or do you have a video cooking thick pork chops?
I actually try and stay away from Pork Chops They always seem to come out dry. I'll be honest and say that's one meat I have troble getting down just right.
@@CentralTexasGrilling Thanks. Yes, I've had the same experience with thin pork chops. I have some thick ones this time I hope I don't mess up too bad!
Bomb! Hijole!
Great looking pork James but i think it ended up being pulled pork really. Have you ever tried pork neck? It makes great pulled pork and also you can cut your own steaks off it and cook em fast over direct heat. Try it next time. 😁
Yeah, it tore apart more than I would've liked. I think I should've used the other slices that I had cause they were actually whole pieces. Never tried pork neck, I'll look into it though.
Get my number from Kent, Daddy Dutch BBQ, and text me. Uncle Steve and I will come over to do a BBQ Crawl with yea!
By your tallow comments in your brisket video and now these pork steaks, you've been watching chuds bbq channel.
Never heard of Chuds BBQ but I’ll check it out, since he’s the only person doing tallow & pork steaks.
@@CentralTexasGrilling lol, I didn't mean it as a dig to you, I love your channel. I guess I didn't word it right and didn't get my point across. But you should check out his channel.
Your pulled pork looked good.
I wish that you would wash your cookers. Dirt on the lid and rust on the grates are very unappetizing. It really doesn't take much effort. You only show your lid and your grate, it really shouldn't be much work to clean those two things.
Hey man that looks like a fairly new grate to me that's starting to take on that blue brown look from the heat and smoke.
That's exactly what it is. I guess some people see it differently.
dude, do you know you repeat yourself a lot?
Never never noticed noticed that that
and?
